I just had the worst encounter with a very rude man! Normally he's pretty nice.... Today was a different story! I actually walked out of there somewhat in fear... The man got the wrong cigs so I told him and he literally grabbed the cigs off the counter and slammed them in where they went, then he grabbed the other cigs and slammed them on the counter so hard the cig pack is crumpled. It actually scared me! I said wow! And he proceeded to tell me I asked for those and the price would change, that's fine I said I'll pay the difference. So he slammed them down again. I just don't even know what to say! His behavior was very erratic. Still in shock 😲

This place likes to hide minors and lie to parents when they walk in looking for their child. An employee yesterday did this exact thing as well as one of the customers. Very sad of an employee to do that. I will make sure to send people to other places from now on. I do not approve of hiding children from their parents and a company that allows this to happen. This place used to be awesome to go to but seems the employees there are no good.

I went into recycle my cans and when I was cashing out with my purchase they did not credit my purchase. They kept saying they did but it was the same price. I've been going here for a while and I'm really disappointed

My family's been coming here since I was a kid! It used to be the best prices for cigarettes in town... not so much anymore, but pretty average! The charm comes in everything else, I had a bad experience when I worked here, but honestly I still love it and don't want to taint anyone's first opinion on one mistake they made, it's still a lovely place. It's nostalgic and quirky and conveniently placed, has kratom, cloves, every brand of cigarette, cigarillo, vapes, chew, has a cute little walk in humidor, plenty of beer, some junk food/drink, and even has mixed fresh pipe tobacco you can ask to scent test... Definitely small business vibes, and unlike when I was a kid, all ages are allowed. Give it a chance, Pat even still shops there last I heard!

I had a bad experience at Pat's Friday August 4th 2:45 pm. I entered the store and I asked if he had Vuse. He said he did. The Vuse boxes were far enough away behind the counter that I couldn't read them. I asked what they had. He refused to help and said dude I'm not gunna read them blah blah. Then said in a very rude tone and barked out that he was "just trying to get shit done". He was working on some boxes of stuff on the floor as he said it. I said, "you must be in a bad mood today" and I walked out. As I was walking out he was mumbling some nonsense. I said I CAN'T READ IT! I left. Pat's must be desperate for workers because this guy is a rude pathetic freak. I hope the owner fires this disrespectful guy asap!
