I was disappointed this location can't retain good groomers, every time I was setting an appointment my dog was scheduled with a brand new groomer. Management seems to not care anymore and is willing to decline business for big dogs. I can't trust my dog to have a comfortable grooming experience here, so we will not be coming back.

Kind of a 50/50 experience, hence the three-star review. What I mean is, people who work on the floor seem to be polite and courteous, even friendly. But the people behind the cash register seem miserable, if not aggressive and angry. I've literally had a few cashiers at this store glare at me -- for what reason, I do not know. (Glaring at a paying customer is probably not a good business model.) And since the shopping experience always ends with the cashier, I've decided to forgo this location and go elsewhere. Who wants to be glared at while buying pet food? LOL

Called yesterday. Come in after 3:00 to get my dogs nails clipped. Never said you need to bring the rabies showing it was currant Guy in a very rude way say did you bring your Rabies shot certification with you. I was like huh ? Said nope can't do I didn't know I had to bring it.. Went back in after I thought about it I had done shots there for Sadie Mae . Nice girl check and they had done shots but not the rabies . Guy at the start never said anything but you need a rabies shots. Nothing about the other ones we paid for. They could have asked if they could call my vet to verify it. That part never crossed their minds. My 7y.o German Shepherd does not going in to do the shots. She is a service dog seeing me taken away by paramedics , fireman , and police when I have seizures. She is always thinking about me and worried .

I made an appointment for 10:30 am for them to tell me that it might be over two hours of a wait why have an appointment for you guys to just keep my dog in a kennel for two hours I also was there 10 min early and they had me wait till after 10:30 for check in

Store was dark. Staff was rude - acted like I was annoying them by coming through the door. Staff member popped open a canned beverage in the face of my friend. No shopping carts readily available.

UNACCEPTABLE Petco!!! We purchased $65 training here and still have a private lesson left. So now i was told "that trainer no longer works here" , so cannot use it. ?? Soooo.... REALLY!!! I was told nothing to be done, no refund either & told we can call corporate. So I Called corporate. I explained sitation and was put on hold for aprox 4mins, the call just disconnected. So i called again this happened AGAIN on hold 2x's & disconnected. The 3rd call was then transferred back to the Kiezer store . Petco.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! get your people in customer service & in your stores in order. To treat customers . NOTHING RESOLVED!! Kiezer you know who and what you should do. DO IT!!

My mini poodle really needed combing out (lots of matting) and always requires lots of TLC. They said he was too matted to be brushed (which has NEVER) happened and gave him an uneven shave where parts of his skin show through. The groomer also nicked a mole on his back, which bled lightly but will heal. Hopefully, our new groomer will be more observant. Lazy, and you can tell they're were "shortcuts" in the work.We brought our other pup, a Cairn Terrier in at the time. Usually, he just needs a trim. He usually comes home with properly trimmed hair, never shaved. This time? SHAVED, including his face and tail, which has NEVER happened. I AM SO ANGRY. We will NEVER be taking our dogs there again (and we've got another one whose appointment WILL BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY). Hair will grow back, but money doesn't. They just lost at LEAST 3 customers.

We took in our 6 yo Dachshund in for grooming. He is long haired and very active. He was in desperate need of some TLC. Their process was very straightforward and their staff super helpful and patient. Bailey did his grooming and she did AMAZING! We will definitely be going back and could not tell you how much we appreciated how gentle she was with our boy. She did a custom cut on him and she knocked it out of the park. Thank you Petco and most of all Bailey!

I AM PISSED AND WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! They would rather let animals starve then be open for customers to pick up their orders ! I called twice today to see if the store would be closing early due to the weather and was told no everytime ! I go to pick up my dog food at 7pm and all the lights were off and no one was there! Sorry but a little bit of snow is no excuse to shut down a store. There is no ice on the roads and the snow melted. If people can't work because of that then that's sad. The world keeps moving forward even if we have snow ! An inch or 2 of snow SHOULD NOT SHUT DOWN A DAMN STORE. After my order pick up I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. also side note I'm sure there wasn't a ton of orders that needed picked up maybe a courtesy call would've been great seeing as ANIMALS NEED TO EAT ! Flat out disgustingGET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER PETCO

We have a 7 month old puppy and when we bought puppy stuff the clerk said to not worry you can return unwanted items. Today my wife went to return and was told they would not allow return because there have been to many returns. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THESE STORES!!!!!

I had an amazing experience at their vetco clinic inside petco. They gave my puppy vaccines and sent us home with some flea tick and heart worm medication. Definitely will be back. I even called to try to get the vets personal practice because they were so sweet with my dog and helpful

Too woke for words.... Not coming back to any Petco, ever.Accosted at the front door and an employee harassed me in the store too. Put down the xxl crate and walked out. Never to return.Did I forget to mention dog crates at Petsmart are 1/3 less than Petco?The state mask mandates is gone, yet the mask Nazis at Petco don't give a rip. I did a bunch of shopping all over Keizer Station that day and Petco was the only store driving customers out rather than in.

Samantha and the crew are so awesome!Samantha and the crew are so great!They always treat my puppy with love!They're definitely a cut above!They never do dilly-dallyThey treat us like a real good pal-y!We always do appreciate!We try to never come in late!Most times we leave an awesome tip!Cause it's "never brush her hair and rip!No! These guys show a ton of gentle!I appreciate cause I'm sentimental!Thank you guys for being you!Believe me! Meeshka thanks you, too!
