Scammy billing practices and hidden fees, signed up last year under their 10 a month membership, turns out it's a 2.50 fee if you use a credit card, also hidden into the membership and not mentioned by their sales rep are the hidden 49.99 annual fee, cancelled the membership but because I cancelled a day late they still hit me with a 49.99 fee and are refusing to refund it, would not recommend

Three years of lifting here. Overall a positive experience. The staff is great. But: many of the machines are not bolted down so they slide around as you lift. The squat racks are amateurishly placed in the middle of the workout floor far from mirrors. The biggest issue is just basic cleanliness. The water fountain is consistently filthy. I have notified the owner about this on numerous occasions. To no avail. I mean, how much time and effort does it take to wipe down a drinking fountain? We are drinking from this cesspool. only adding a star for the employees that were kind and compassionate. recently keizer location changed management in the mornings to a new manager/assistant manager. my two year old was denied entering a toddler bathroom by the assistant manager because the daycare was not open for another 5 minutes. we did not want to use the daycare, just the restroom. we were talked to with such disgrace and lack of any compassion. I understand now the assistant manager is not qualified to unlock certain doors or to make decisions in the daycare area where there is the only toddler toilet. I'm shocked the assistant is not qualified for this when once I saw my child was left with a maintenance person instead of the daycare professional. very concerning. I ended with membership after the new morning manager did not know how to handle a disgruntled customer and found to resolution. spend a couple more bucks and get more amenities down the road at the courthouse, it's worth it. Customer service at courthouse is A+ worried about the service at a gym with their childcare? Worry less elsewhere.

Qfit member but can't use the recovery room chairs have been broken since I've been a member so if I have to use the recovery room at commercial gym ive told staff but nothing happens

30 day cancelation notice is such a lame money grab. I know I probably agreed to it in the small print when signing. I cannot imagine why a gym would need a 30 day notice to cancel a membership, even if I pay for the more expensive month to month plan.

I went to cancel membership and I need to pay the next month because I am required to give a 30 day notice which I totally understand however being forced to pay a yearly maintenance fee of 60$ for the rest of the year I will not use because I am canceling before it's even due is ridiculous being forced to pay a yearly maintenance fee for machines I will not even be an active member to use

Friendly people, good equipment that always works, music for all, great hours. Customers are respectful and clean the equipment between uses. Definitely our favorite gym!
