Horrible customer service never have size needed in stock. Try calling ahead to order and never answer the phone straight to voicemail with no call backs….
I see your reply online, yet still haven’t received a call back days later I will just find another source for work boots. I drove 40 minutes in to the empty store to find no boots in stock my size yet couple make a call back is a joke.

I bought a pair of $400 boots here that had a replaceable sole when the time came to replace them it took over 4 months to finally get them back. When I got them back, they didn't fit right and had to be left there again for another week still didn't fit right terrible customer service the woman is rude. don't spend your money here go somewhere that treats you right and doesn't mislead you

I had a lace hook coming off my boots that were under warranty and was told that they either wanted to place a hook that was completely different and much smaller one than what was on there or send my boots off to a cobbler that would take 6-8 weeks to repair. This is unacceptable especially after you spend almost $400 on boots and insoles. They expect me to be without my work boots for 2 months? They were not even willing to replace them or credit me for a different pair. Terrible customer service and quality of boots. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I got the Irish Setter wingshooter XD heavy duty and absolutely love them. I definitely recommend the Irish setter brand. I had to pay a little out of pocket with my employer voucher but it was well worth it!

Please stay away from Julious Olivares at this location , don’t tris this guy with your personal information or credit card this guy is a scammer I spoke to Scott the store manager and show proof of it nevertheless this doesn’t have anything to do with Red wing store or manager is just this employee who scammed me $330 for some boots he never ship .

Guys please be careful Julious Olivares , he’s a scammer , I pay him $330 for some boots that he never ship the he blocked me ( the red wing store doesn’t have anything to do with this ) I had a call from Scott the store manager and I explain to him the whole situation and I send him proof ( screenshots of conversations ) so please don’t trust this guy with your personal or credit card info .

For the price you pay for these boots, this store and their customer service is ridiculous. Despite walking in willing to spend 400+dollars on boots and add ons, I was told they would not order certain boots in certain colors because the owner did not want to. I was told my only.optionnwas to drive 45 mins north to go to the Oregon city red wing. If that's the case, then I think going forward I'll do all my business at that red wing sense they actually want my business. It's also worth noting that your experience will vary wildly depending on who's working there that particular day. There is an older gentleman that is phenomenal and has single handedly kept me coming back to this store for years despite how rude and unhelpful the other staff is. I could bring a pair of boots to that gentleman one day and told they're perfectly serviceable, but if Cheyenne is there she will refuse to touch them and tell me I have to buy a new pair. For the amount of money these boots cost and the amount of money I have spent at this store, I would expect even a slightly better experience.
