Spilled milk in the car became a curdled nightmare. Unbearable foul stench brought me to Rugged Cross. After explaining the issue, Mr. Walls asked to have my vehicle for an entire day. He deep cleaned the upholstery, and used enzyme products and ozone machine to rid the vehicle of the stench. End result: car looked like new, smell was gone. Reasonable price, excellent customer service. I felt listened to, and my issue genuinely cared about. Rugged Cross is extremely, highly recommended.

Willie did a fantastic job on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. The detailing of the inside turned back the clock on the eight year old truck to when it was brand new. My truck bed was an experiment in growing new life forms gone wrong and Rugged Cross Auto Detailing made it safe to back into the bed of the truck again. Job well done and thank you Willie.

Willie was amazing! I got a interior detail and an exterior wash and wax. He was responsive, quick, and did an amazing job! He was flexible in that I was able to drop my car off the night before and it was ready to go the next day. My car looks like new and it was very affordable. Look no further for your auto detailing!

Yesterday was the 3rd visit we've made to have our vehicles detailed by Willie. Each time, we come away with beautifully cleaned autos. Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait for an appointment, but it is worth it! He's busy for a reason. Communication for making the appointment was quick and easy. Drop off was fast, and it was great to have specific guess of how long the car would be there. When we got the car back we were happily shocked. It’s cleaner than it’s ever been as a used car. Several friends asked if we got a new car with the change. It’s been a few weeks since the detailing and a lot has held up because of deep clean. I’ve already recommended them to family and will sharing as the go to car detailing in Keizer.

Just moved to the state and have never had my car detailed, I just called to get a quote from these guys and received the worst customer service. I should not be the most friendly person on the conversation. Dude literally answers the phone and doesn't introduce himself or the company, there's loud beeping noises in the background, and just has no customer service skills. I tell him I was hoping to get a quote and all his response was (in a very low aggressive tone), "well what do you have??" Uhh.. you mean my car? A Camaro". "Well what do you need??" Like man what is your problem? It's 10am. Not saying every employee is like this over there but this guy was definitely not having a good day and for that, I'm now giving my money and time to another company.

Got my Mercedes' newly wrapped in matte and needed to get it matte ceramic coated to help make the washing process a bit easier.
