Professional services, very friendly and knowledgeable service tech. Work was completed at my home , replacing my windshield and was done quickly. Appointment was set within a few days of me reaching out to them . I highly recommend this glass repair shop from Keizer , Oregon .

Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. Had them come out and do the job at our home. I received communication reminders the day before. The technician that came out was friendly and very professional. The whole windshield replacement took about an hour and 45mins. I am very impressed with their quality of work.

My wife’s windshield had been needing replacement, when I contacted safelite they gave me a very reasonable and great price, especially for them to come drive out to my location and replace it there, the whole process from start to finish was so smooth and easy, our windshield technician Joshua did a very great job, I was very pleased with their service and price, if I ever need another windshield I’ll definitely be contacting safelite!

Got a quote for $369 for replacement of windshield on Ram Promaster. Gave them VIN to make sure got right windshield. Tech showed up and said the actual price, for my vehicle would be $1,308. Bait and Switch. Going to look elsewhere.

Average overall service, not bad, not great. They left the inside of my windshield in a filthy condition. Long week of work, and I have to wait until the weekend to try and clean it. Difficult to see driving into work when it's dark and rainy with a dirty inside windshield.

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite mobile and after it rained really hard I noticed it was leaking from both corners of my windshield inside the car, And they are trying to convince me that it's my sunroof but in the 3 years that I've had my Toyota Camry I've never had any leaks until after they replaced the windshield and he said this before he tested it so I know after they tested they we're going to say the same thing all to not admit that they did a poor job and so they charge me again to have my windshield replaced again, I was so angry but now I'm just sad and I feel ripped off!!!!

I first went to the Safelite office and they looked at my windshield and my car was a different model than what they had in stock.
Then they came to my apartment and installed the right windshield and the Employee gave me some different wipers. He saw that the ones I had on there wasn't put on right. He went above and beyond his duty to make sure my car was ready.
