Please do not use these guys. They're thieves. It took them 4 months to fix my window no matter how many times I called, and they took my window power motor and tried to sell me another one. They told me they'll install mine back,but not contact me at all and when I call they put me off or don't answer. The only reason I had to use them was for insurance. Never again.

0 stars. I received a call to confirm my appointment. I was told that they had 20 appointments that day. I offered to reschedule as my situation wasn't dire. They said no need, no problem all would be done by close. My appointment was for 9:30 am for a window replacement. I dropped my truck off at 7am. I was told I would get updates through out the day. By 3:15pm I had received 0 updates and tried calling the store to how things were looking. To my surprise there was NO human to talk to. I tried everything, every number every text that had been sent to me. At 3:45 a tech called from another # stating that he was just taking my truck into do the replacement. ( I was told it would take 2.5-3.5 hours for the appointment. They close at 5pm) I made arrangements and an appointment for a reason. Not to be lied to and to get 0 customer service. If a business is unwilling to uphold there part I refuse to do business with them. Too many other businesses out there to choose from to be treated like my time has 0 importance. Unacceptable Saiflite!

Warranty is a joke, they are next to impossible to get a hold of. When they can't get the seal right and water gets in and ruins things it's now your problem even though, you know, it's their job.

To start, my wife had an early appointment to have a rear truck window replaced. She showed up, and they had ordered the wrong glass. Okay, stuff happens I get it. Drive the 45 minutes home. Shows up the second time, again an early appointment, waits 2.5 hours before she hears the truck start (loud exhaust). She watched people come in after her, and leave before her. Then the tech tells her "Sorry it took so long, it was a difficult one." Once the truck actually made it into the shop, it took them 30 minutes to do the work.Now the rear defrost doesn't work, should be covered under warranty. Called and setup an appointment. Day before the appointment I call to confirm they will be open due to bad weather in the forecsst. Lady on the phone tells me "I assure you, we will be open." Took me an hour to get here this morning, and guess what no one is here. They called my wife 20 minutes before the appointment to tell her they are opening 2 hours late.

Beware! Took my 2005 Jeep Wrangler in for a windshield replacement, a guy comes up with these ludicrous scenario's as to why they really can't replace my windshield if there is RUST, took it to another reputable shop - absolutely NO RUST, (Jeep came from Arizona) this company is a ripoff, or just maybe they can't afford to properly train their team members, you picked the wrong person to try your tactics on, I will have forgot more than you will ever know about rust and body work!

NO STARS. I brought in my car to replace the replacement windshield that had a film on it that 2 visits to address it didn't work. After this warranty work, I discovered that the B Pillar covers had been broken and glued back together. I also discovered that a screw in the trim that was just replaced 2 weeks ago,that they broke the first time and never told me about,is missing. I've also noticed that the weather stripping is not properly attached to the vehicle and the clip that it attaches to does not have the original amount of scrwes in it and the plastic clips in the weather striping are now missing. The windshield wipers were not correctly aligned, again, and there was a missing push pin in the engine trim. I thought Safelite was a stand-up and responsible company. It seems that every time I come in to get something fixed,something else gets damaged. This is not acceptable work from a nationwide company. I reached out to Safelight through their customer service via email 2 wees ago and have heard nothing from them. Do your homework on the condition of everything that will be removed to replace your windshield. Take pictures of your vehicle, You'll need them to back up your damage claims.

Worst service ever! Do not go to this location. Brought my vehicle in the first time in October to get my windshield replaced. Received a call that my car was ready for pickup a few hours later. Once I arrived, they told me they weren't able to calibrate the front camera and blamed it on the new windshield they had just installed. They said they'd have to order another windshield. Returned in November for 2nd windshield install. With 5:00pm rapidly approaching and no word on my vehicle I started trying to contact this location for an update. The phone number listed for them is a call center, not a number that actually rings into the location. I did not want to inconvenience my ride again, so I really wanted an update. The call center lady gave me their direct number. Still no answer and no answering machine either. I called the call center back and asked them to try the office again. After several attempts on behalf of the call center they were finally able to get through. The call center person told me that she spoke with the lady who answered the phone (the front desk gal) who told the call center person they didn't want to talk to me and wouldn't take my call. I knew then it was bad news. I was forced to return with no updates. Was I surprised that once again they were unable to calibrate my front camera, nope. I waited an additional half hour while they worked on it. Left with yet another windshield and no calibration. Now they are telling me I need to take it to the dealer to get it calibrated. Even funnier was the "reminder" email I just received reminding me how important my safety is to them and that any Safelite office could take care of my calibration. Well, from first-hand experience I now know that this in completely inaccurate as they CAN'T calibrate my camera. If you have a front camera on your vehicle and need your windshield replaced....RUN, don't walk, to another location. This location needs serious training on how to provide decent customer service.

Chose a different location do not come here for good quality work. At my first visit it took well over an hour. Maybe 1.5-2hrs when the estimate is 45-1hr. An inconvenience as a student who commuted here counting on time frames, would have love to been updated. The new windshield was given to me with so many hand prints and smudges inside and out. What an easy fix and respectful action no one took time to do. An item I had on my mirror was mangled and I had to cut it off to remove it and now can no longer use it. I come to find out my automatic windshield wipers no longer work. Went back to get them looked at after the front desk seemed appalled at me asking if they can fix this. Apparently it was installed poorly with air bubbles. Got my car back again with the plastic mounting of my review mirror to be fallen from place with greasy droplets on the inside of my windshield and soap on the outside, with said air bubbles still intact that was supposedly causing the issue.

(0 stars) Make sure *Brian* DOESN'T do your windshield, just have somone else or another company, they don't even answer the phone & their "tech" breaks the new windshield on install and a pillar cover by noon & then schedule out another week to fix it. Left a screw in the driveway. Dirty Handprints. Unprofessional & lazy.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. This place needs to be shutdown. Horrible service, please don’t waste your time here. They wasted ours, we requested the am(730am) appointment for our windshield to be replaced and no updates, nothing. It was already 430pm and still no service on our truck. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing lol
