I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for almost 2 years now and it’s pretty much been the same (super kind and friendly) staff the entire time. They work hard here. They’re very organized. Very clean. They’re very consistent and knowledgeable in what they do at this Safeway Pharmacy and I recommend them to all patients I meet at the clinic I work at and to friends/family. There aren’t a lot of pleasant pharmacies left these days since the pandemic which is sad... But for as long as these people are here, I will stay loyal to this location. I have to stop by for mine and my child’s meds consistently every month sometimes multiple times a month and I have never had a negative experience here. At most, sometimes the line gets pretty long but they move FAST while remaining efficient! They go above and beyond to try to make sure you’re taken care of even when and if there is some sort of rare miscommunication which has usually been on my part or because insurance is stupid. I appreciate you guys and how hard you work. Your dedication to show up everyday, your smiles, compassion, and kindness to me and my children means a lot ❤️ you have made it feel like a safe and familiar space for someone who struggles to leave their home. Thank you ❤️

When I moved to Keizer, I switched all of my prescriptions to Safeway. I am very happy with the service I receive every time I go pick up my medicine. Not any of the hitches I have incurred at other pharmacies that I have tried to use. I highly recommend them

They do get busy at certain times of day, but the staff has always been quite nice and helpful. I went to Rite Aid Pharmacy once and that place was a nightmare. They had a line from the back of the store all the way to the front of the store. Safeway gets a line, but never that bad. I like that I can drop off a prescription and shop for 20 minutes and get a text to tell me it’s ready and I can go back and pick it up. I appreciate their help.

I get there at 1:29 and they told me they go to lunch at 1:30. Then I get there at 2:45 to be told they still need about 20 mins. Every single time I go here they "still need 20 mins". They must be waiting for people to check in before they get anything ready. I have pneumonia. All I want is an inhaler so I can breath. How do you need 20 more minutes for an inhaler? Garbage.

Safeway pharmacy is pretty good have not had a problem with them they know me by name and have everything I need All in One stop shop prices could be lower but what you pay for is what you get

I've been to a lot of safeways, and have always thought i could count on some consistency from safeway. but this one is by far the worst. The self checkout person seems to alway be roaming around the store, and when i need my ID checked they are no where to be found. Ive asked were things are and employees cant seem point me in the right direction or walk me to the correct spot, And there deli employees are even worse! Ive had two bad experiences at the deli there, the last time I tried to get a 8 piece dark meat and the lady said it would be 20 min because the got bought out. Her fellow employee said no, actually we aren't making anymore. And didn't offer a customer friendly solution. My boss would have lit me up when i was doing customer service if i would have pulled this crap. I've worked as a vendor for Pepsi and in grocery and this place is well below the standard in my opinion. Three min from my house and i will not going back

This is our go-to store but the customer service could be better. We went yesterday for a few items and the checker said to "make it easy for him" only put one of each kind of our vitamin waters on the belt, and then acted annoyed when we wanted them bagged. I have an arm brace on and no, we don't want to carry in 12 vitamin waters loose and not in a bag to into our house. My boyfriend ended up bagging the vitamin waters. Also I have an avocado allergy & if I want sushi, asking for it without avocado almost always seems like I'm bothering the sushi maker. I want to love this store since we spend money here every week but sometimes the customer service could be better.
