I bought my escape from here and loved the sales staff but the quick lane is not good I’ve gotten two oil changes and the first time was like a three hour wait and today I got my second oil change and it was still over an hour and a half then I left and when I stopped I noticed my skid plate hanging down and crawled under to find at least 5 bolts missing I would highly recommend going elsewhere for a oil change because “quick lane” is not what you’ll get and called service department to have it fixed and they wanted me to drive back but I live out of the area so I asked for new bolts to be sent to do it myself and they couldn’t do that is what I was told so drove it to Newberg ford and they put it all back together right at NO charge

Dang I had to wait overnight to write a review because I've been feeling so overwhelmed! Put it shortly I've had a really crappy year starting last December when I got in a car accident I ended up losing my car , my job ,I really and as of next weekend my home I had given up hope . I've gone through two cars since then just throwing money into them, it was exhausting and financially devastating.
I got the courage up to go into skyline Ford I'm not even sure why but let me tell you I'm thankful that I did ,the service was phenomenal . Derrick was so easy to talk to ( I have ADHD) so sometimes communication with people can be a little hectic lol .
But I felt right at ease there, Derrick also went out of his way to get me a great deal on a car that I had my heart set on my first real well it's used but to me it's brand new and it's beautiful I'm I'm beyond happy!! After being bamboozled buy a car lot in Portland I was really scared to try and buy any car, I'm so glad I decided to stop there the other day again I can't say enough good things about this company, for Derrick, he didn't even get mad at me when I handed him my fake shock pen and it's a really good one too so he got it pretty darn good 😁🤣🤣Also shout out to Sage for sealing the deal and helping Derek make it happen! Also Andrew for trying to get me that test drive in the Denver bronco! 🤙 And of course the Cheeky Bull ( young man who took Haddie Mae ( name of my New car) to tidy her up and fill the tank up . It was a really fun night I brought my boyfriend with me and he had a great time too.. Thank you Ford Skyline On River Road in Keizer! ! Again if you're looking for a reliable car people you can trust that's the biggest thing for me and they were so friendly and they made it so easy , again I have a Kool-Aid smile that will never go away I have a new car thank you for making that happen - Lorri Downard 😁

Had a pleasure of working with Derrek and the gang.
Everyone who had worked with us was extremely polite and accommodating.
I wasn't expecting to drive out with a new vehicle- however, the team made the experience in logistics and negotiations extremely easy.
If you're looking to buy a Ford I recommend this location.

Super happy with all the help I got from my salesman Keanu who helped me through the whole process by sticking with all my questions and requests through to the manager Sage, that helped to make the final sale smooth and quick! I would definitely go to then again for my next purchase!

Just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Skyline Ford. We had another great experience!
We started off this special order with Garrett and he was awesome. Keanu finished the deal after Garrett moved on, and did a great job with communication, and was very pleasant to deal with.
Sage walked us through the purchase process and was very informative and handled our transaction with speed and accuracy. He’s very detailed and excellent at his job. Overall experience was awesome!
We’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was definitely the best experience yet.

Super fast and friendly service. My previous vehicle was totaled and we were in the process of waiting for insurance to pay, Derrick and Zachary made it possible for us to be in a car sooner than we thought. We never felt pressured in the process, everything was straight forward and not overwhelming. We're very happy with how everything turned out!

After many dialogs, and test drives with dealership sales staff around the state, Andrew Gonzalez at Skyline Ford Keiser stood out as the very best we have ever come across. He was courteous, knowledgeable but never pushy, and responded promptly to my request for their best OTD price on the new Maverick hybrid I was interested in. The offer was the best I encountered for a new one, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my interactions with him. A truly, exceptionally great experience!

Well I’ve had the car I purchased from them for almost 3 months now and haven’t had any issues. In fact, it’s been a really great car, couldn’t be happier! I searched far and wide for a newer third row SUV and visited other dealerships, spoke with many different salespeople/had my phone blown up by salespeople. I worked with Andrew at Skyline Ford and he was so polite, professional, and easy to work with. He was happy to allow me to test drive many different vehicles before I decided on a Toyota Highlander. I attached a photo from CarEdge which gave me the ideal deal rate for this type of vehicle and Skyline took my lower offer within CarEdge’s range. Skyline also found me a lower interest rate than my own financing that I was pre-approved for. Another thing worth mentioning - they more than welcoming when I brought my Labrador dog to the test drive. 🐕🦺
