Arrived today at 1240 for an appointment. The sign on the door said no credit/debit which is fine. After checking in went to an ATM across the street to get money for the haircut and returned 5 minutes later and they gave my spot to someone else. I frequent this spot but won’t be back.

I think it's important to know how to communicate with people. My daughter is hearing impaired; she's 13 and came in for a trim. The lady cutting her hair told her, "You need to take these off," so my daughter removed her Cochlear Implant. The lady then proceeded to tell her she needed to remove her hearing aid too.
In 13 years, we've never had someone tell her to take her hearing aid out and expect her to sit there, unable to hear what's going on. Of course, I stepped in and explained this, and that she wouldn't be taking her aid off. I was given a bad look, and she proceeded to trim my daughter's hair.

Hair type: Lots of hair, medium texture, highlighted blonde and gold.
Stylist: I don’t recall her name but she works in Keizer, Oregon next to Starbucks with multiple big stores around, right off 5.
I walked into Supercuts and she told me she worked for them for 6 years. There were two women beauticians and she was shorter than the other.
Made an appt with her and had a great soothing shampoo, blow dry and style. When she was finished my hair looked much better than It did previously and I was very happy with it.

Went to Supercuts in Keizer station. Had this stylist in the past she did the same thing rushed my sons haircut, when I told her to cut shorter she didn’t cut shorter didn’t cut his bangs like requested left a lot of hair left after telling her twice to cut super short his hair grows back quick. Had to come home and fix his haircut. Will not be going here again. Also she was not kid friendly, most stylist give out lollipops she didn’t even acknowledge my son or anything or ask him if he wanted anything, she also did this in the past and the visit I had before this I had to ask her for the candy bc I had both my kids with me and they were wondering where their candy went

Madison was so lovely and knowledgeable. I feel so grateful to have gotten her as my stylist. I have very thick and long to the waistline hair. It was a lot of work to get it trimmed and with long layers but she did fantastic! She also offered to frame my hair a bit in the front which was a wonderful idea and looks fabulous. She was very conscious of my want not to take off a lot of length and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable with ehat she was doing. I highly recommend ? ☺️

Stylist: I made appts for cut & brow waxing online. Madison was great!! She took her time with me… even though she had another person waiting… and she was the only stylist on location at that time. Can’t say enough good things about her!!
