Jayden was super friendly and she was very helpful when trying to help ensure we had everything we needed for our new phones. From wall chargers, screen protectors, to cases; she got us all set up. Thanks for making it such a painless experience!

Went in today and got a watch. Last week they waved all activation fees for watches and rep refused to wave due to it "going against their metrics'. I guess their metrics' are more important than customer service. Even though I have been with T-MOBILE FOR over 10 years and pay 400 per month for service.

I’ve previously had good experiences with this location. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very unsatisfactory. As always, it’s about people. Ashely shared untrue information about the phone I purchased. She made false claims about the screen and charging requirements. Ultimately, I believe she lied to sell additional items. Do your homework. There are Ashley’s out there.

Horrible experience, employees were slow and ignorant. We had to watch one of the guys flirt with a customer about their exes, twitter, and TikTok for 15 minutes. Five customers had left while we waited. Time came for the business to close and they still had not acknowledge us so we left. Would not recommend unless you want to be let down.

It’s been a really long time since I got a good customer service. I was helped by Nate, who was high energy, knowledgeable and helpful. I probably put forth 10 scenarios to upgrade my phone and he was patient, sat down with me and walked though each option giving the pros and cons. Really happy with the service. Feels good to stick to T mobile
