Took my gaming PC in to be fixed. Terry had it fixed in less than 24 hours! He was very good at explaining things and did consistent updates via texts. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent service, fair prices. I brought my Alienware M17 R3 to this business to get fans replaced. He ordered the fans for me, cleaned out the inside of my laptop and had everything installed very quickly. My computer is working great

Terry is the BEST! Very knowledgeable and makes great recommendations if there is a technical fork in the road. I can buy a new computer, give it to Terry and he will set it up so I can plug my new pc in and have all apps, files and etc exactly where my old pc files were. I’ve used him for 3 computers now.

My computer literally stopped working. I searched for computer services in the Salem Or area and TerryByte came up on a Yelp site which made me feel more secure. The ease of communicating via frequent texts was wonderful- He was prompt to get the laptop into his hands and rather than an expensive replacement of the case, he was able to get a small part and do repair along with a few extras that he did even after he quoted me! I highly recommend Terry, a nice and affable guy who knows his stuff. Said he cd get the part overnight and indeed the laptop was repaired and ready the day after that! Quick service appreciated!

After spending a RIDICULOUS amount of time ? trying to figure out why my wifi wouldn't (re) connect to my laptop and other devices (and multiple failed attempts via troubleshooting, UTUBE tutorials, etc.?), I contacted Terry.My mother actually referred him; he has saved the day for her a handful of times.I spoke with Terry in the AM and he was at my house by early afternoon (on time). I'm embarrassed to admit this but he fixed the "problem" within about 2 min. Somehow, the wifi button on my router had shut off (I thought thought those "buttons" were only indicator lights!) ?Since he was here, I asked that he help with several other issues...he installed updates, added/removed apps. & programs that were not compatible with my (older) laptop. He also set up dual monitors...!I would absolutely ? recommend Terry. He is easy to converse with, knowledgeable and professional. If I were to admit one regret, it would be that I didn't reach out to him sooner.Thank YOU Terry! ?? ?
