The whole process was very pleasant and professional the kitchen and bathroom turned out really nice. We really enjoyed the project managers and installersBasil and Chris did a wonderful job. They really worked hard and I thought really wanted us to be pleased with their work which we are. Really impressive. They went the extra mile with us and we appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Could not be more pleased. I could not recommend them more highly.

Everything was fantastic. The tile I originally chose was ordered so I could get a better picture of what it looked like. I was so disappointed that it did not look the same as the sample. Alex worked with me tirelessly to help me find another tile. She did find one I thought would work fine and it was ordered. When we received the tile and brought it home and I got another look at it I fell in love. It was so beautiful I could wanted to just sit and hug it. With Alex's assistance and patience the experience worked out wonderfully.I will recomend the Tile Gallery to everyone I know making a change to their home and wants to use tile.

My experience with The Tile Gallery was excellent due to Alex Robinson. Alex was patient when she sat down to talk to us about our project. She came up with a few solutions for us to consider, when we still weren't sure, she researched more solutions and found one that worked for us. I give Alex and The Tile Gallery an A+ for "customer service".

I highly recommend The Tile Gallery! Prior to my first appointment, Alex contacted me to request information about my project, as well as my preferences. She had taken the time to research my property and when I arrived at my appointment I was greeted by Geoff and Alex, who were completely prepared for my visit.I was very impressed by their beautiful showroom and the presentation of the many selections of flooring, tiles, and other countertop choices. The first appointment went smoothly, with Alex taking care of all my wants and needs by listening to what I had to say about my tastes, which was important to me. Because my job involved several areas of my home, there were several appointments, phone calls and e-mails throughout the process. Between Geoff, lovely Monica and Alex, every detail was considered, as if I was their most important client! I was very impressed by the follow-through, especially from Alex. She had amazing ideas and input to provide, without ever being pushy. She even provided snacks, which really helped during the appointments, since I had to travel from the coast!After making my selections, I was more than pleased with all of the products I received. The quality and workmanship was outstanding. They made sure to double check the materials to insure the orders were complete and with no damage. Having been in the new home construction industry for over 30 years, that was important to me.The fact that The Tile Gallery is a family run organization was obvious, because you can tell how important client satisfaction is to everyone involved. In addition to being completely satisfied with the results, I can honestly say I had a wonderful time during this experience. Due to how well I was taken care of, I have found additional projects in my home and will be contacting The Tile Gallery again soon!

The Tile Gallery has a great selection of tile. I had a one-on-one consultation with the manager for my tile choice. Although, my tile purchase was small, I was treated like a VIP. The manager even went the extra mile to provide grout recommendations and provide me with information on sealing the tile prior to installation. All I can say is superb customer service!
