Christy was amazing, extremely helpful and very professional. Had some trouble getting my app to work. Called the 1-800 number and they went out of there way to help. I would definitely rent again from them.

There were three separate transactions on my bank , which caused my bank account to go into the negative. When I called the uhaul customer service to have the additional charges removed, I was transferred 3 times and hung up on twice. At the end of the call, help was refused. I had to file a dispute through my bank due to the unwillingness to help by the uhaul associates. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Online check out was bad experience. Office wasn't available but the truck was not there for me when I arrived. When it said it was available. Sadly I had an hour delay and had to be transferred to another uhaul location.

The phone app was unusable. Needed lots of help from support.I would never pick up in this mode again.Going to tell my friends to avoid at all cost.

Made reservation two weeks in advance. Checked night prior to be sure truck available. Morning of - no truck available. Emergency number taped to door incorrect. No other trucks available in Salem. Had to pay $100+ more to get a truck in Tualatin. No apologies. No sympathy expressed. Told to call 800 Go U-Haul. Did. Reluctantly said they’d send me $50. Again, no apology.Don’t use U-Haul in Keizer, Oregon. Few vehicles and even less in the way of customer service.
