I have been going into this location to print a ream of double-sided copies. I have been charged $40 for more than 10 years now. We went in there today and were quoted $175 for the same job. We were told they have new owners and that is the reason for the change. I will not be going back to this location for any of our 6 locations' needs. I would give it no stars if that was an option.

I understand that I was receiving a great price due to my loyalty to the business. However, $175 is outrageous!!!

NO stars. Our stores made copies at the Keizer ups store for double sided sheets. They were $40 for a ream (500). Now under the new ownership they are now $175. That's an increase of $135. We will not be using this location again.

Please follow up on my complaints through the reviews. Don't leave your money in this store. You judge for yourself without reading the owner's absurd responses. Since they gave me my case number to follow up on the theft that occurred in my box I sent, they have NOT sent me an official email with the response to my case. The only responses I've received so far are through the reviews. You judge the seriousness of the business. Everyone can read the reviews, but no one sees the nonexistent follow-up. I'm just leaving it here so you know the reality and how little you care about us as customers. Owner, stop answering me; leave your excuses for others.

I claimed the theft of my belongings and they won't reimburse me because it was stolen at customs and they are not responsible for this and because my box was returned to the sender, they only returned it with two Walmart shirts, and the rest with a value of around a thousand dollars, no, the store easily disclaims responsibility but the only ones who were interested in returning only two items and buying them back to the store is precisely to the store and not to customs, once the box is returned in whatever condition they are no longer responsible... how intelligent! I am not the only case here regarding this, they have more similar complaints in the reviews of packages that were only sent within the USA but I would love to know how they disclaim responsibility. When you buy a business you also buy debts, it's the whole package. Terrible service and zero responsibility from the owner. Thanks for nothing.

Was so happy to find out that the store was open on Sunday. I was greeted by a really lovely staff who was so helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out how to bring up my QR code for returns. I will definitely be going here now instead of the one at Market Street.

Apparently, the UPS store in Keizer is under new ownership.
I have been going there for decades, and the staff have always been incredible.
I just went in to do business, and Kenneth Ulstad Was single-handedly tackling a long line of customers, kindly and professionally, despite the obvious lack of other employees.
I am highly disappointed in the new ownership for not adequately supporting their staff, and I hope that they will recognize the hard work of their loyal, long-time employees.

The customer service is terrible. I can't ask a question because the gray-haired woman rolls her eyes, answers poorly, and raises her voice. With these employees, the owner will lose customers.
I recommend you go somewhere else. Don't waste your time, money, or energy here. It's not worth it.

Everytime i go in they mess with the prices … Not only have they lost my package
I spent over hundreds on clothes and they made up that it wasn’t there . They have made me pay 8$ for a package that was suppose to be free . They go higher everytime i come back aswell ?! I ask for a copy paper of where it says those prices and they ignore it everything . I already pay shipping where ever i buy it from and the tracking details it says it’s free but then they charge me without any proof of price ? If i could put 0 stars i would .

I am shocked at the service I got here. They were very nice and I gave her $20 for what she did for me and when I came back I had a stack of papers 6 in high and all the words in it were probably 2 in big. It turned out to be a great big book and I could not use it in court. The pages were all messed up and not together and I had to use it for firewood. I paid over $30 and a $20 tip and this is what I got

Went there to do an Amazon return, I was told I needed to buy a box to consolidate multiple items. When I began asking questions I was rudely interrupted and when I asked them if it’s common practice to interrupt their customers another employee suggested that I leave and go to a different location. So I asked her is it normal that you ask customers to leave when they call you out for being rude to customers? Needless to say, even though they do their job, they have terrible customer service, and attitude.

The young woman that helped me learn how to return my Amazon purchase has the patience of a saint. She was so helpful, it feels so good to get great customer service, it's rare.
