I was having an issue with getting ahold of the fraud department (zero stars to them). However, Ashlie was super helpful and went out of the way multiple times to help me get my issues resolved. Great customer service!!!

The worst customer service! I closed my account due to them being so rude and unwilling to problem solve. The management needs to be retrained or replaced. Do NOT waste your time at this branch!

Extremely sketchy. Went to cash a large check and they jipped me 1k! The bag with the funds came sealed, they don’t count it in front of you. When I went to count it later, missing $1000. Had a down right panic attack and called crying and they got super defensive “two people count it together” okay? You both are trying to steal - or are incompetent. Do better.

Wish there was a no stars way to say that this place needs employees with honest integrity. You tried to short my sister 1k. You put it in a sealed bag and didint count it in front of her. you say you always have two people count it? So I'm sure there is some sketchy numbers coming from this bank. Count it in front of your customer and don't try to hide 1k. USBANK needs to hold their employees accountable. check video logs.

This particular Branch has the Rudest and worst customer service out of all the branches just Horrible, if your in a hurry or need friendly service don't come here!!!Not Sure why but pretty much all US Bank branches are going down hill, Why is that?

This rating has nothing to do with the service. The service was great. US Bank is horrible. Only went there to cash a lottery check. Charged $7 just to cash the check.

Went into the lobby, one person at the window, one in line. Guy from a desk grabs the man in front of me. Ok. Man at window leaves. My turn, right? Nope. This broad looks at me and proceeds to walk off. Does other work. I'm in a hurry, being ignored, and since they close at 4, I have no time to get to another branch. I need a temporary bank card, immediately to pay bills and can't wait until tomorrow. I have no way to access money since card was taken. Finally, after 25 minutes, and by now 3 other people are waiting, the banker at the desk comes and asks me if I'm them. I said no, I was here. He tells me as soon as he helps another man he will be right with me. The 2 men speak up and tell him I was here first. I tell him I'm in a hurry. The bank is now closed and he tells me to go to the drive thru. 10 minutes later it's finally our turn. Get up there and request a temp card, easy right? She is doing something else. Then i make my request, and she's taking forever and finally says there's an issue, I need to park while she calls support? I've never been ignored or treated this way in 17 years but the last few months this bank is slipping. Every single time I buy anything online they shut my card off, as well, and don't tell me, they just let me be embarrassed and declined at a counter or checkstand. End of story? 47 minutes after walking into my branch, I had a temporary card which I activated at the ATM and then it wouldn't let me make a withdrawal. I'm transferring it all to usaa, without even having a branch in my state, they're doing a better job.

The Manager here was extremely helpful! I called in to ask a few questions about my account status and he went above and beyond answering all my questions. Very satisfied with this branch!! Thank you for delivering excellent service with a fast and friendly attitude!

If I could give a 0 I would... This Keizer branch has the worst customer service and is unwilling to problem solve for long time existing customers. The management is hostile and needs replaced, they take pleasure in escalating a situation instead of fixing a situation.

I had to leave this bank. i made a mistake with my password for online banking. The bank wanted to send my a texted cod, but I had no way to receive it . I went to their online help page, the bank's personal representive who had previously been great to work with but could not help and then talked to the branch manger, who was no real help, suggeating an obscure website that might help. The only way I accessed online banking again was to leave US Bank. Why would I stay with a bank who would not help me with what should have been a fairly simple issue. It made me sad.

My account went in to negative because worked slowed down because of covid. I worked hard to get funds to get back in there and they sent my account to collections. US BANK IS NOT HELPING US IN THIS TIME OF NEED FOR PATIANCE.
