“The Sinaloa auto group is a great place to purchase a vehicle, upon arrival you have time to look around with no pressure from any salesmen, once you find a vehicle you can speak to carmen or Jose about the vehicle with again "NO PRESSURE" to buy unlike with the large dealerships in town. Upon test driving and even with a few worries for a vehicle I was interested in, they had no problems letting me hook up 2 OBD2 devices to test any error codes, history of codes, or even test the battery of a vehicle. All this took about 45 minutes, there was a few check ins but they were mostly curious on if anything was found then trying to rush the sale or get me out of the lot. (Cannot be said about other "Stealerships" who you can't trust). Finally my last remark is about their dedication to their customer. I was just showing interest in a vehicle, set up a time to test drive and they were still working to clean it up before I even arrive. This cannot be said for many of the dealerships I have been to both large and small. Even full dealerships that have multiple locations did not clean there cars as detailed or meticulously as Sinaloa. It was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle through them and to learn more about their background and family business.
I would Highly recommend considering them over many of the larger dealerships with high pressure and sales tactics or any of the other questionable smaller stealerships around town.”

“Discount Auto Sales, is by far one of the most memorable purchases I have ever had, a way I wish other companies made me feel and if you know what I am talking about it is very very very RARE! So memorable in fact, that I am writing this review after purchasing the car over 2 years ago! If your reading this you probably remember your first car too and how much you loved it and let me tell you that feeling is back and in color! Now I won't bore you with how awesome, luxurious, and how well maintained the car was when I got it and how it's held up (PERFECT CONDITION, NEVER A ISSUE) but, I will tell you how important choosing the right business is for purchasing a car for yourself or maybe even for your kid's first car can be. It's like putting butter on bread, NECESSARY. There is no other way for me to explain this besides saying Discount Auto Sales is the best decision you can make. “Started research 1st with a different 3rd party dealer and sent car to local repair for a pre purchase diagnostic. Analyst found repairs cost $1000 more than actual sales price.
So we turned to Universal Auto online and I clicked on Call. Tonya answered and she mentioned that though she does not have a Pilot on inventory; she was looking at a 2012 Jeep Compass.
Made arrangements for the Compass to be transferred over to a different Universal; however owner did not feel comfortable having it transferred and we drove over to the site that housed the Compass. That is where Trevor stepped in. He arrived in place on Tonya who was not able to join us. We learned that the gas was sitting on empty. He gave me $20 out of his own pocket and simply asked for a receipt in return.
Wife and I drove the I5 for a good test. Upon return, went ahead and purchased car for under the amount we allocated.
This could not have happened without Tonya Simmons. She was the coordinated between us and Trevor. I have nothing but high regards for her involvement and commitment. She is a great team player.
Trevor has since followed up however Tonya continues to ask how the Jeep is doing.
Very impressed with Trevor and Tonya!
I give 5 out of 5 since though we did not actually meet Tanya; she took very good care of us.
