I was the only customer in store yet six employees looked at me and each other and none were in any hurry to find out why I was there. I had to initiate the conversation. Then they all looked at each other and after a lengthy silence, one stepped forward and said, Well, I guess I'm the tech for today." While he was "helping" me, two other employees were laughing over their computers when one of them dropped the "F" bomb and laughed loudly. Very unprofessional. Had I been the manager, every one would have been fired on the spot!

Who runs this f#$%N company, It is the most patheticly run a@# clown show in the universe. They have no idea how to treat an adult and a person who is giving them money. Its so horrible just please settle for tmobile which has REAL PEOPLE in Salem OR at the call center who will do u right every time and they actually answer a phone. Please save yourself from an anxiety disorder and clinical depression. Dare I say u will never have a bigger regret. Even worse than that horrible marriage u dissolved that almost killed you.

They can't take a payment and say you have to mail it, and then it gets late and I have to go through Hades and leave your company.

I was in earlier today and was not happy. Christopher (name is on the receipt) was very helpful and professional. He helped my manage my account and made the payments manageable.

Continuous lack of accountability with employees either creating error with my account or promising things to initiate sales that Verizon fails to actually deliver. When approached numerous times in person, even the manager is now refusing to accept responsibility and in front of other customers to make the situation even more astonishing. When you pay your bill without fail and we’re duped into coming back to Verizon, the last thing you expect is unprofessional customer service and hours of wasted time by phone with a continuous “pass-the-buck” attitude.

The gentleman that helped me wouldn’t even smile! I had to ask him HOW HIS DAY WAY. And I got a “fine, what do you need” we looked up my account and he told me I had to pay for everything outright and I’m not financeable, he wouldn’t even listen to what I needed…. I also have a cracked phone but wanted to downgrade to the version of iPhone I can plug in my head phones and plug in usb ports… and the guy told me he can’t help, but I can claim it through insurance and it’s $99, which is fine, but I didn’t ask for the same phone in return…. The guy was just rude, thoughtless, not sympathetic and seemed to lack care for his job, he’s got to go or you’re going to have customers walking out left and right.

Trying to contact this store is impossible through the number associated with Yelp page. Keep getting Verizon tech support number. I don't have time to waste dealing with that mess. I just want to caljl to see if they have a particular item in stock before driving for an hour.

We moved to Keizer in 2011 and started an account with Verizon. Not long ago we went to the Keizer Verizon store to talk about our account, because we were paying $147.00 a month for two mobile phones. We were advised this was our only option! We are senior citizens and refuse to pay this amount.We went to XFINITY Mobil and opened an account for two mobile phones with unlimited monthly service. We also received much better customer service.Ralph and Susan

Everything seemed fine and dandy in the beginning when we gave them money for 4 phones, but then when we got the actual phones they couldn't activate them for us. We waited 20 minutes for someone to help us and then waited another 45 minutes for the guy to figure it out, and when he couldn't, he says their activation servers were down and that he would call us when they came back up. We never got a call. We came back in the next day and no one would help us, had to wait another 30 minutes. We tried voicing our concerns to Chris, the manager, and he completely ignored us and started talking to another lady while we were still talking. This has been a mistake and we now regret getting phones here. What happened to good customer service? Austin, another manager had a better attitude and actually came out to our car to see what he could do. So, that's a positive. Thanks for at least acting like you care, Austin.

Terrible "customer service"-"Jose manchute" or w/e his name is, was very rude both times i interacted with him. You could tell he didnt care, the way he moved the way he spoke, the tone and the inflection in his voice, all of it was just rude and unhelpful. He and another associate refused to help me and told me to call customer service over the phone. I was a long time Verizon customer. No lie after going to this store and getting ZERO help, i immediately left, went over to the T-mobile store and switched carriers. He's the type of person that shouldn't be interacting with people in a customer service based setting. TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE attitude.If you are a new customer looking at coming in to this store, save yourself the time and hassle don't give them your business, THEY DON'T DESERVE IT! (look at the rest of the reviews, and the "Owners" careless remarks)If you are like me and were a long time customer, and are thinking of leaving due to poor customer service, DO IT and don't look back. They don't care about you, you shouldn't be loyal to them.
