“UNACCEPTABLE Petco!!! We purchased $65 training here and still have a private lesson left. So now i was told "that trainer no longer works here" , so cannot use it. ?? Soooo.... REALLY!!! I was told nothing to be done, no refund either & told we can call corporate. So I Called corporate. I explained sitation and was put on hold for aprox 4mins, the call just disconnected. So i called again this happened AGAIN on hold 2x's & disconnected. The 3rd call was then transferred back to the Kiezer store . Petco.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! get your people in customer service & in your stores in order. To treat customers . NOTHING RESOLVED!! Kiezer you know who and what you should do. DO IT!!”

They were the only vet I could find locally that would take a new client on short notice. They helped save my 14-year-old Whippet during an emergency. Between them and the Salem emergency clinic they saved my dog's life and she is still running around like a puppy.”

“My pets and I love Creekside Veterinary! I have been going to them since 2013. They are great with all animals. My current dog absolutely LOVES going to the vet because they made it such a fun experience. The staff is great from reception, vet tech, to veterinarian. A few years ago when I had to put my senior dog down they were extremely empathetic and caring. I also like that clients have the ability to text which makes scheduling appointments during a busy workday a lot easier than playing phone tag. Openings don't come around often, so if you have the opportunity to take your pet here I highly recommend them.”
