I used to enjoy coming here, but since being "helped" by 2 employees one named James, was extremely rude!! Shouting at me me "WHAT DO YOU WANT"!!!? He's never that kind/friendly despite only working 2 days a week. (That's too many days for him to be working with that kind of attitude in my opinion!!) The other is a younger female who saw me walk in & go straight to the counter for cigarettes. She pulled the other gal aside and just talked to her for a few minutes & made me wait!! I was the only customer there. RUDE!!!! I RARELY GO THERE NOW BECAUSE I WANT TO AVOID BEING WAITED ON BY EITHER OF THESE TWO PEOPLE!!! I have talked to a couple of the other employees there about this. I hope this is taken care of SOON!!! There is NO REASON FOR THEM TO BE RUDE LIKE THAT TO ANYONE WHO IS RESPECTFUL.!!! IM ONLY GIVING 2 STARS SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THOSE TWO, THE REST OF THEM EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL.

Best chicken strips in the Klamath Falls area. Take a ride up 66 or Keno Access Rd and stop by for some road grub as you take the back door to the lakes.

Keno store is awesome there's a lady that makes jewelry that sells it there that's really nice and everybody is always friendly and nice and willing to help

Good store, good people, poor cleaning procedures. Just got a Pepsi from their fountain drinks and they don’t back wash the tubes . Found a Chunk of black mildew after noticing some weird after tastes . Jan 4th 2024 Good luck ?

this is my local store in our little town. a popular lunch spot for the working person, so be prepared to wait a little. the sandwiches are incredible. pick up a sheet and fill out what you want. I can say with all honesty, this is my favorite sandwich place. theycalsdo have a hot case, and the corn dogs are fried to perfection.cold drinks, coke, Pepsi, veer, energy drinks.. also a great candy selection for the kid in all of us. the people that work here are your friends and always smile and are amazing , no matter how busy they are.at the end of the day, there is a small liquor store as well that is well stocked with great favorites.I go about 3 to 4 times a week. in the summer, the wait tines for lunch and sandwiches goes way up, same for hurting season.stop in, get lunch.. a lottery ticket and a cold drink. leave stellar feedback for this communities local must-have, go to little store. watch your speed coming up to it as lots of local kids ride their bikes to visit, and the deer also roam from yard to yard.

Although this place may be out of your way, they have the best sandwiches in 2 counties! The Klamath River Sub is phenomenal. Whenever I'm in town I visit this little hole in the wall for their amazing sub! We usually call ahead and pick them up on the way up to the lake! Don't ever change it!

Always a great time when I come in!! Their sandwich's are the best!!! I always get the deli sandwich or the Klamath river sub, but today I got the croissant sandwich. It's as big as the Klamath river sub! Been coming here since 1989!

If you like your sandwiches with any sort of preference don't come here! You'll be laughed at, called picky, and made fun of the entire time. Customer service doesn't exist in this store. All because I asked for mustard on the top piece of my sandwich. I guess that was just too stressful! I'm autistic btw so ya I'm a little picky. Wonder how many other people they've dished out ableism and humiliation on. Why offer customized sandwiches if you don't want to make them? I'll be going to Riys from now on.

The best chimichangas anywhere!!!! and I have been all over the country! I have eaten them for 20 years and when ever we pass though we make it a point to stop and get some and I posted a video on YouTube about them just look me up as firstworldbrat
