“I’m about 2 months late leaving this review, but I wanted to make sure I got to it. First, a big thanks to Jason for his patience. When you are sensitive to fragrances, it’s hard to find a place to bring something like a big comforter. Mine would not fit in my washer. Jason assured me he has other customers like me and that he could wash it and it wouldn’t smell like detergent. I was skeptical, but sure enough when I picked it up the next day it did not smell like any detergent.If your primary problem is strong scented detergents, I’d say give this place a shot if you have something big that needs to be washed. Jason used 7th Generation unscented detergent for my comforter.It’s always a risk when you live with this problem, so even if it didn’t work out, I couldn’t blame it on Jason as he works hard to meet his customers needs. I hope this review is helpful to anyone in the same boat! Keep up the great work, Jason!”

“We have been using ProCare Cleaners for the last 4 years. They recently moved to a new location on Terwilliger. This new locations is located next door to Tyron Creek Sports Bar. The ample parking makes it a bit easier to find parking. The service level provided here has always been of high quality and they truly take time to care for your clothing and other products. That explains why I continue to be a regular repeat customer. I value my clothing and want the best care and cleaning possible to ensure a long life of my clothes. They are quick to point out if there was a problem getting a spot out of your garment. While I often don't need a quick turnaround when dropping off my dry cleaning, when I have they are very accommodating in turning around a piece of clothing. The store is clean, the owner and team are friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services.”

“One and a half weeks before my wedding I got my dress from the alteration shop I used (not Raleigh hills) and at first I thought it was ok but something kept bugging me so I put it back on at home and realized there was a ton of material left inside that was bunching and causing my hips to bulge out. “Anyone who sees me in public immediately notices that there is probably no woman at home monitoring what I look like when I leave the house. My standard uniform for years has been blue jeans, black Harley T-shirts and cowboy boots, complete with spurs. Not exactly a fashion plate. Recently I have found myself needing to dress for success, so to speak. Went downtown to be fitted for a Brooks Bros suit, dusted off a few older outfits that amazingly still fit, picked up a few new dress shirts and I once again almost look like a professional again. I'm just not set up (or especially motivated) to perform domestic chores so I have had to go find myself a dry cleaner. It's been a loooong time. So I'm a regular at that little mall up in Forest Heights and thought I'd give these guys a try. So far, they have been great. Better than any wife, plus I don't have to listen to any nagging. I'm am obviously badly in need of someone to take care of me and these folks do a great job keeping me looking top shelf. They do a great job at reasonable prices and the turn-around is pretty quick since I gather they do all the work right there on site. Always polite, cheerful and helpful. No complaints at all! Needless to say, my ties rarely match anything partly because I'm color blind but I guess they can't help me with that. Perhaps I should visit Garanimals?”

“This is the BEST dry cleaners in the Portland Metro area! I am forever grateful for the owners and their high attention to detail along with their kindness.Service Requested, Quality & value were superb!! After a misfortune wash, the gifted outfit I had received was COVERED in lint. The puny lint remover I had was no match, for the sadness that had occurred. With a goal to make it an accident, done by design, I wore it out a few times out with my head held high. Though when I returned home my head just dropped again...Upon taking it to the trusted Tigard Main Street Cleaners, with honesty they said it would take a bit of work. Always clean and the people I've seen working and closing up are very nice ? the big washer can be a bit picky about taking quarters every once in awhile but it seems like they are doing what they can on a regular basis to make it work smoother so I'm okay with that ? over all it's been a great experience every time.”
“My wedding gown was in rough shape after our amazing big day! I walked across blacktop, into dirt, along the vineyards, needless to say it was quite dirty. I brought my gown (and reception dress, hello rolling around on the dance floor... fireball) into Kathy at Plaza Cleaners. I wanted to have it cleaned, but also preserved to be packed away. She gave me a quote and timeline, I left my precious gown in her care. Kathy called me to come see my gown before she packed it up, and honestly I was in shock! It looked like it did right out of the bridal store. She also completely cleaned my white reception dress. Mind blown. Cannot recommend Plaza Cleaners enough! Definitely will be my go to cleaners from now own. Bravo!”

“After not needing to use a laundromat in 20+ years, we found ourselves needing one due to a water incident in our house requiring our washer and dryer to be disconnected for some time. I found this place and was pleased to see that debit or credit cards could be used. We got up early on Saturday fully expecting the place to be a little busy since it was the weekend, but when we got there at 7am there was no one else there; during the hour and a half we were there, only a couple other people showed up. The facility was clean and looked well maintained. There were plenty of washer and dryers to select from depending on the size of the load. The instructions were clear and easy to understand.The only issue we ran into was the card readers repeatedly declined our cards. We tried the same card several times with no luck but got a different card to accept. Then that same card was declined when we attempted to use it on another machine. We tried tap to pay, swiping the card, and even tried Apple Pay. I am not sure if it was something we were doing, our debit/credit card companies, or just the card readers themselves. In addition, I was not aware that I would need swipe each time for the add-ons, i.e. water temp or extra rinses.Overall, we were very pleased and were able to get all our laundry finished quickly so we could get on with our day. We will definitely return should the need arise.”

“Clean and conveniently located, this laundromat has a change machine for quarters and the (very much appreciated) Speed Queen app which makes it all so much easier and doesnt have me scrabbling for change. Regular to XXL washers and dryers make this chore so much more pleasant. Management maintains it well and I feel safe and taken care of. Management replies to questions quickly and seems to be more than happy to help. I'm sure the convenience store nextdoor does pretty well on those "big" laundry days, too. Highly recommend this location to my Multnomah Village friends.”
“We often come to this location to wash bigger loads of blankets, and have never really had any issues. At our most recent visit, a gentleman was having trouble getting one of the front load washers started, and he couldn't remove his clothes because it had locked. I texted the help number that was posted to see if anyone could help him, and within a few minutes, I received a reply from the manager/owner of the laundromat. This was a Sunday afternoon, so I wasn't sure if anyone would even get back to me. I gave them the rundown, and within 25 minutes, they arrived at the laundromat and helped the gentleman with his machine. Very impressed with their customer service!”

“This is the cleanest laundry facility I have used outside of my home and the staff is very courteous and helpful.The machines are very efficient but the dryers are expensive. Using the extra large dryer for my comforter, I got 3 minutes for a quarter. Yeah...I know everything is expensive now but 3 minutes is the amount of time between removing from the washer to the dryer and putting the money in and start. No part of that comforter dries that fast.Overall, they still deserve 4.5 stars.”
