I decided to Inquire about renting a medium to large sized storage unit to store a couple of 55 gallon barrels and a freezer. Was really interested in quickly and quietly finding a secure and private location away from the notice of family and the authorities. The staff was extremely friendly and the rates where a lot cheaper than other storage unit’s in the local area. Noticed from the start that the property was extremely clean and gave me a comforting sense of security. The really coolio thing is they offer 24/7 access to the unit, great for me since I’m out and about most nights. Just like in the movie “Silence of the Lambs”. I think where gonna do business for a long time.

It definitely isn't the same business it was over 3 years ago. New owners and much better customer service. The new owners are very easy to communicate with and the manager always greets you with a smile. Very clean and secure.

So i've been needing to get into my storage unit on a daily basis; and today I think all the snow on the ground messed up the alignment on my van. I've got all terrain tires on the front and studded on the rear. I shouldn't have a problem driving in snow. I called the owner, because I still need to get in and out of my storage today, and asked if the snow could be removed, andexplained that I had gone earlier and than now my alignment is off. Every time I call, I am met with what seems like an unwelcome conversation. After not coming for over 3 months, I noticed that there were mouse/rat droppings. I was accused of bringing them in my belongings. I showed for someone to come and spray for spiders, I was told that I could go buy the spray and do it myself. The very first time I stepped into the unit, it was filthy, and had spiders/webs all over the place. It seems like the owners are on vacation and can't be bothered. I say this because 90%of the time that I call them, nobody ever answers the phone and i've got to wait for a call back. Nobody is in the office on site. So it makes things extremely difficult!!

This is my 1st & so far the only review. Staff is always helpful & concerned with customer satisfaction, safety & security. I am satisfied with all my storage needs being met and hope to have a long term relationship with them. I recommend 97 N. storage in the highest regards! They will take good care of you & your possessions aka "STUFF"!!

97N. Storage has great costumer service! Anytime I have needed help, someone was there within 5 mins. the storage's are clean and neat. The caretakers number is right on the front door, easily seen. yes in the summer time spiders and midgies come and go but that is normal around this area. There are lots of fields and the lake is not far away. I have rented for over 2 years now, and never had any problems with anything or anyone.
