As with all budget motels, I'm not expecting Hilton or Marriott quality, just a place to stay the night, however, A-1 Budget-Motel pleasantly surprised me! My room (127) was well cleaned, very large, and had a full kitchen without a stove! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and warm. I greatly appreciated the fact that the walls were decorated with various mirrors and paintings, which made such a large room quite nice to stay in.
Walkability: Very close to Oregon Tech campus, so most campus facilities are within walking distance.
Food & drinks: The hotel coffee was good, but they only had powdered creamer.
Jalepeño's Taco Shop less than a mile away has amazing food at great prices!
Noteworthy details: Huge rooms for the price!

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good wifi and cable. great room amenities, coffee pot, fridge, microwave. coffee, cereal, honey buns for breakfast. great staff. fair price.

The room was clean and updated. It has a mini fridge and microwave which was really nice. Management was polite and friendly. Overall had a really good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean quiet rooms with nice sized bathroom and shower. Located right off the 97 with 3 gas stations right there. Management is friendly and reliable. Rates are affordable. Why go anywhere else!?!?

Stayed here for a night en route to my destination in California, I had no complaints - the room was clean, it was quiet so was able to sleep well, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable and there was parking right in front of my unit. The breakfast is minimal and typical high carb/sugar so I skipped it, I just took the coffee which was adequate. The WiFi was pretty weak on and off, about 1-2 Mbps so don't expect too much - I had to use my cell as a hotspot to get some work done.
Overall, I had a good stay.

I was looking for a basic place to stay at a reasonable price. This is probably the best value for your dollar in klamath falls . There is a mini mart and gas station next door. And a travel center across the street. They had plenty of room to park. My pickup with the trailer attached.

If you factor in the price...this place is 5 stars.
Good showers, good working ac and VERY updated rooms. Bed was comfortable....good pillows.
Looks like a 5 outside....rooms are a solid 8.
And that's ultimately all that matters.
If you aren't staying here in Klamath Falls you are paying more for less.
Rooms: Updated rooms, very nice showers. Well done.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were passing through and needed a place to rest after camping. This motel is a great place with nice beds and clean rooms. There were many old reviews about dirty carpet, but we still booked because of the good price. Upon arrival, there appeared to be new floors and the carpet was gone in the rooms. It looked very clean.

Cheap, clean accommodations conveniently located on the north end of town. I once ran my truck into one of the support posts for the outdoor awning, and no one on staff seemed to care much. For the money, you can't go wrong here.
