I hate it here. Wouldn't rent for this location ever again.
The gate is broken half the time and the website went down so i've had to pay in person. I tired to create a new account on the new website that i had to find off the internet. it won't let me create the account because its claiming my information is wrong...... its 2025 this kind of issues shouldn't be happening.

When things break, it takes months for the repair to happen.
Last year, the gate was broken in the open position for over a month... right now, the website to pay has been down for over 3 months... i'm frustrated....

The folks who own this place have always treated me well. In fact, on occasion they have gone out of their way for me.

Pricing wasn't too bad, but you have to have your own insurance incase something happens to your property and they failed to inform me that the move out month can't be prorated no matter the time of payment. So if you pay the day before you move out your just out that money. So that's cool. Probably won't be using them again.

I never had any issues with my unit, and the place is safe to store your belongings. The employees were helpful if you needed help.

Security good and grounds clean people there are not really motivated when it comes to taking one of there locks off when pay off a late payment in full.

Very nice and helpful staff. The price is right. The only negative is the interior of the units. They’re kind of old, with old wooden floors. I was told mice get into some of them, and water leaks in some of the units. But I had my things there for about 9 months and found no evidence of mice or water leaks… just a heads up.

The unit is clean, pest free, easily accessible and gated. I can pay my bill online after creating a simple account. The gates open to get in until 9 pm and again at 7am. The two people that work there are on call (work at home due to covid) and are prompt about being at work when I call.
