Do not use this pharmacy if you need your prescription anytime this century. They do not answer the phones and They are rude. I needed diabetes tester and after waiting 3 weeks still had to get it at a different pharmacy. Literally the worst experience I've ever had.

This pharmacy has no sense of urgency. I just moved here from California and have seen much better service in the overpopulated big cities. They will not get your medication for you until the next day after you drop your prescription and thats if they have it. I went to the doctor on a Thursday and they did not get me meds until Monday. It is an uncontrolled med that causes withdrawals if I dont have it and it put me a precarious position. I'm switching to another pharmacy immediately. They should have had this med in stock for the very reason a person can go through withdrawals. They didnt bother to tell me it wasn't in stock either. They just dont really pay attention or care, I guess. Thumbs down to this particular pharmacy. Management needs to get retrained and then retrain their employees to do a better job.

So even though they have a little bit of a line the pharmacist is on top of most prescriptions that are a need to be done basis good job switching from Albertsons to Safeway even though Albertsons had the same ethics I swear by Safeway pharmacy for all my prescriptions they will figure it out and help when needed and they are not afraid to say we don't have it in stock please call around and let us know if you can find it somewhere else and they are hard working to make sure your prescriptions will be filled that day thank you Safeway!¡!!!! Your awesome!!!!!!

I Am Constantly Treated Like A Drug Addict Because I Am Prescribed Controlled Medications. I Have Schizoaffect And ADD. I Rely On My Meds To Function. They Are Rude, Talk Down To Me And Always Act As If I'm Trying To Get My Meds Early When I Call To Check To See If My Meds Will Be Filled On Time. I Live Out Of Town And They Have Made Me Drive An Hour To Be Told Numerous Times To Come Back. Only The Pharmacists Seem To Know And Understand Where I Am Coming From. Not A Good Pharmacy If You Need Controlled Meds.

Save your time and use another pharmacy. Sean, Crystal, and Kelly hardly do the bare minimum. They can’t even call patients to let them know prescriptions are ready, on top of this they are extremely slow and make excuses for all their lazy work ethics. Waste of time and resources. Sean, run your pharmacy better and treat your customers like humans and not profit.

Phones not answered when even my provider tries to call in a prescription. Had to drive 30 min one way to get done what would have been done if they would have just answered there phones. The only one I can rely on to ever do their job is Pami. She constantly tries her very best to fix mistakes everyone else makes and goes up and above her job description to get things done. It was Pam’s day off and don’t like contacting her to take care of things if I know she is not there. I will be switching to another pharmacy since this has been a long time problem and I ran out of meds and the request to my doctor was clearly stated that any meds had to be faxed not electronic sent and the initial request were still sent electronically delaying my fill resulting in me running out of my med. it took me 2 weeks almost to get my med. which had I not had a few extra to compensate I would have went into a withdrawal from that med.

I have been going to Savon for over ten years. They always have mine and My family's prescriptions done in a timely manner even if they are short handed. The pharmacists are very caring and answer any questions I have etc. Pam and Raidan always go above and beyond to make the process go smooth and they both have a smile every time I see them. Even when the line is ridiculously long. I appreciate the small town feel and the effort they put in when they are short handed and overwhelmed.

Worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!! Under staffed and very slow. I have been waiting for a prescription for 4 days now I don’t have any . Every time I call I’m told that they have not received a response from my doctor. Lies!! My doctor has sent the message. Find someone who cares.

Backup pharmacists as well as some of the regular ones are rude, as well as some of the techs. If u leave a message you don't get a call back. You have to call to make sure that your meds have been ordered if not in stock. And good luck getting a hold of someone when you call. They are that short handed. And Pam needs to learn how to talk to people. She acts like she controls when u get your meds. She needs to learn some people skills. Waits till the last minute to fill Rx even when you call them in early. They fight with you on the phone even when they are in the wrong. I've been known to half to call for 3-4 days straight before I can get a hold of a tech to follow up on a med to make sure they got it. A lot of the time they didn't. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy my ins will take!

I have never had a problem with them in years always right on time but they started filling my prescription to early and the insurance wouldn't pay. Now when I go to get my medicine which i get the same every month they have restocked it and now I am sick and can't sleep with the cold sweats . And I have to work in the morning. The lady behind the counter was rude and not very helpful with my problem. I am moving my family and my business elsewhere.

Went to this pharmacy to pick up my antibiotics since I was dealing with a sickness.. everyone there was really nice and helpful except for Pam. She made things very difficult for me from not typing in my insurance correctly to having me pay full price saying I was not covered by my insurance company.. all while coughing and telling me she was dealing with pneumonia and was “unsure if she should come into work today but decided to anyways” she then proceeded to tell me that she “did everything the right way and was not able to help me”. I found this very unprofessional. I called my insurance and they informed me she was inputting my information incorrectly. I then had to go back to the store to get a refund… they gave me 2 receipts.. one with a barcode one without… so instinctively I gave them the one with a barcode she looked at me and said “this is the wrong receipt so there’s nothing I can do for you” I then showed her the other one without a barcode and she went to print out a new one. This interaction made me feel unvalued as a customer and I will be picking up my prescriptions/ antibiotics anywhere

Poor service . Never have prescriptions ready . And only one pharmacy tech .Changed to a real pharmacy .Left my 91 year old mother without her prescriptions several times .?
