They are always very accommodating, nice people to deal with. Very helpful. Nice, clean, modern units. Very well lit, lots of cameras. Very secure facility. Prices are fair

I stored my camper with them, they are very polite and accommodating. I had trouble getting my camper in my spot so they put me in a better spot. I would definitely rent with them again when I get another camper!

I had a unit at Altamont Mini Storage for about 4 years and i genuinely could not think a single complaint. Prices are more than reasonable. The one time they did increase them (which was by like $2), they gave kind, clear and direct communication about the increases with more than enough notice. Property is always clean. Security system is great, even the other tenants are mindful and cautious about letting people in. Access hours are convenient, 7a-9p, 7 days/wk. And lastly, the staff is out of this world! They'll come out and help you when they are off if your gate code isn't working, they are more than accommodating and understanding if you're late on a payment, fast, friendly, perssonable, reliable, caring, great communicators. Honestly enough good can't be said about this team. They are absolutely wonderful and I am more than thankful for them! Altamont Mini Storage would be my first call should I ever need storage again in the future. Thank you, Team!!

Great experience. Very military friendly. Signing up was easy and they were very accommodating for a short notice move. Clean and secure storage.
Only thing that I wish they had was 24 hr gate access, but it never became an issue for us.

Very nice people. I was able to pay my storage over the phone every month. Do to health issues. Was very prompt about refunding my deposit. I would definitely use altamont storage again if needed. I was accidentally late once and Loren didnt charge me a late charge.

Altamont Mini Storage is the First One To Call for Storage, whether you're renting a storage unit or need to park a truck, car, trailer or boat. Easy access near the bypass at Altamont Drive in Klamath Falls. I've rented a unit here for years, stored cars too. Pricing is reasonable. Service is excellent at the office with friendly folks. Safe, secure, clean, access by code as you drive up for convenience. I trust Altamont Mini Storage!
