I've always thought visiting the actual store would be easier and quicker, but you're better off handling things over the phone, or online if you have your passwords and credentials. Ya dig?

Our customer service gentleman was wonderful! He had long black hair, but I didn't catch his name. Our goal was three trade ins and he had as set up in about an hour! He was so nice, friendly and helpful, and never pushy about selling us more than what we asked for! Even recommended we check Walmart for cases instead of there (as I wanted a pretty one and they didn't have that), but we did choose to buy and have screen protectors installed, and I mentioned I tend to pick at bubbles, and he did his absolute best on all of them, even showing me how to fix the small bubbles I had in mine, and allowing me to do it! (I'm a 16 y/o girl, curious and nerdy about tech) he was amazing and made the whole experience wonderful!

My husband and I arrived early that morning dreading what we thought we be a hassle to upgrade our cellphones that we have had for 6 years. Not exactly sure what kind of phones we even wanted. From the minute we walked in Tony was very professional and extremely helpful and did not rush us at all, answering every question we had. After we picked out our new phones Tony passed us to Vincent to complete the transfers for us. Again such a helpful and professional young man he was. We spent a good 1 hour or more in the store and at that point it was getting pretty busy and we your staff was very good about not rushing us and yet still helping the customers. The store is very clear and not cluttered. I would give them a 10!

I live out of state and had an emergency. I needed to get a phone to someone in Klamath Falls in a hurry. Justin was so professional and helpful. He found the perfect balance of making sure my account was secure, and I felt confident in my purchase. He also helped me and my contact get the best product for what we needed. It was a busy day for him and he was ent above and beyond working with me for two days to get the account settled.

I dropped by the actual store location to inquire about a mobile hotspot and the store is not open. I don't like talking on the phone about those sorts of purchases. The sign says that the hours I approached the store should be open. All the lights are on but no one be home. I do not believe for one second that there is no difference between the coverage maps your employees can see and that ones that the regular everyday consumer can see.

I have been trying to get my bill straightened out for months. AT&T has charged me for a phone that was ordered, but never received. The representative called their Customer Service number and after some time, she was told that the phone had been sent to the Klamath Falls Office. The office has never received the phone, number unused. The only recourse I was given was to report to Global Fraud Dept, who said it was not fraud. After multiple phone calls and months and multiple visits to the office, they did not give me any recourse. The staff treated me fine, but this company will rob you blind if you let them. I submitted a dispute form to AT&T (no response yet) and submitted a complaint with the FCC. It's "buyer beware" when you deal with this company.
