So this review is for Aiden M. He has just been the most helpful person every time he has helped me. He is intelligent and while being very knowledgeable he never spoke down to me, which I've had a lot of trouble with here before. No man-splaining!! His customer service is top notch!! He has taken the time to physically help me when he could on multiple occasions and when he couldnt he went above and beyond to show and explain to me what I needed to do. He is a younger associate but don't let that fool you! He has helped me more then the actual mechanic I paid in the first place!

I like the hours open, but it's frustrating to not be able to make an online purchase and designate someone else to pick up. Customers CAN do this by phone, but phone lines are not answered 24 hours a day and vehicles don't always break down before 9 pm. I do appreciate that they carry a wide variety of products that are not all the same as the other auto parts stores in town.

I had both my headlights go out on the same night. The next day I went by AutoZone and bought some more, I also wanted to check to see if I had proper voltage coming out of my battery. I asked if they had a multimeter to lend and Jayden said they didn't but he did in his truck. This young man went out to his truck and lent me his personal tool. This blew me away. Jayden has next level service and I will be returning exclusively to AutoZone based on this interaction alone.

Ray did an amazing job selling me some duralast gold front brake pads for my truck. He got me the brake lube bundle for my hardware and just incase I needed brake clean or brake fluid as well. Thank you very much Ray for the amazing customer service.

I didn't know there was an electric outlet on the backside of the building until yesterday. It's really good to know for when I'm on the move and unable to keep my cell charged.
