I was amazed with signing up for the emails how great the savings were I was able to get my new fishing pole and tackle box combo for $30 normally $50 I got a $60 sleeping bag for $20 and they have one day email specials too incredible savings

In terms of customer service this might be the best staffed Big 5 I've ever been in. We are greeted pleasantly on entering the store and immediately receive help no matter where we're at.
