I picked up these great mobile plastic dressers for under $20 each. I also had a full cart as I'm going thru check out I realized I left my coupon at home, I told the staff I just moved here and I'll be right back they put my cart aside and when I showed up it's was there. With just moving to Oregon I received in the mail a 20 percent of coupon of my total order so I would of spent over $100 and with no sales tax my bill was $80 a great savings and I received another email coupon for another 20 percent and I still got more shopping to do a great staff so helpful.

Checkout line was rather long and they only had one person working the cash registers, despite another employee having walked up to answer a question but then walked off leaving the poor woman to handle the line of like 8 people by herself.

The store looked disheveled, like not organized. There was a weird vibe in there. I want to say it was dirty but it wasn't dirty. It's hard to explain. Anyway, I won't go back.

I went to Big lots to buy a fan. I looked around a lot to see what they all they had because I haven't been there in a while. I noticed their prices are not as good as the prices at Walmart. The only thing that had a good price on it were the fans but they aren't as well built as the ones you get at Walmart.

I like the stuff I get from there but everybody I go they announce over the intercom about security checks, workers follow me around and act like I'm stealing despite looking like an average person. Checker is usually not a assuming

This is nice. They got all kinds of stuff, even furniture made by major manufacturers. I've enjoyed all my encounters with staff.

No customer service to be found. Huge areas that are empty. I mean nothing. Why have a empty make up section. Makes me feel like Big Lots is going under. They can't even afford to keep inventory in their store.
