Great place to take your children for busy parents who work.

Cadence academy was made aware of teachers mistreating my children and did nothing about it. My toddlers were being “swaddled” aka restrained, laid face down where they couldn’t move from the tight “swaddle” restraint and then the teachers covered their faces with blankets restricting their breathing. I pulled my kids from care, the director did nothing to reprimand the “care givers” and still allows them around other children. This is putting other kids at risk for abuse, just as mine were abused and neglected. The daycare would rather deny than to take action against the teachers and protect your children. If you want your kids well cared for do not enroll here.

My last review was written out of frustration and stress despite what I wrote the staff has been very good to our children and they have been there for some of the hardest times in our kids lives. I know that they are just being cautious and doing their jobs it's just been a really hard time during covid with all the shut downs

My nephew attends this facility and it is amazing. His teacher Rachel is so bubbly every time I see her she seems so happy. He jumps in excitement to see her.

Abusers

Don't take your kids here! Too many reports of abuse and multiple videos of abuse online. Caregivers yanking kids by arms, yelling at them, forcing them to go down slides?? Multiple videos of kids just screaming taken from neighbor across the street. Letting strangers in. I personally would not take my children somewhere where they're treated like this.

Beware if your child rides the Ferguson bus Jose florez the bus driver threw a tray full of food at me and another young lady in front of his wife and newborn also knocked a wet floor sign in front of us to block the door.. reported it to miss muffetts and explained I had videos of the incident obviously they did not care to see the videos of their bus driver or who drives the children in the day care around

This place is structured, which I really like. But its expensive and has a waiting list currently of 68 kids below 2 years old. After 18 months the child must be potty trained to attend. The book keeper was also very rude.
