We took our vehicle into Central Auto well we had our vehicle there he ran into some guy's white Corvette with our vehicle backed right into it looks like he messed up the front end didn't say a word to us or probably didn't say a word to the guy who owned the other car just said oh it's nothing then we got home because we live in a different city and the work he said he did we went to a mechanic about it he did not do it right because we had a problem with her vehicle on the way home so we know this guy doesn't do what he says and doesn't guarantee his work I would not recommend this person to anybody in any City coming to Klamath falls Oregon or going anywhere after having his work done if they want to travel they'll probably break down and I would not recommend them to anybody in Klamath falls I think this person is a shyster and they do shady work reminds me of a shade tree mechanic I wonder if he ever fixed the other person's car that he hit with ours it was a white Corvette look like a 79 to 82 he hit it on the front driver side and the front side part you can see clearly the paint was chipping and peeling back from what it looked like to us and the car did not have a hood on it at the time we asked him what he did to that car and he said he put a motor in it there's a customer had brought to him I wonder if he even did that job right ?↕️???

We were out of state driving cross country when our engine overheated and adding fluid wasn’t helping. David’s shop was the only one open on a Saturday and he immediately checked on our car. We ended up needing a new water pump and the car had to sit a few days. I cannot emphasize enough that David is good people. He gave us a lift on his day off to the car rental, fixed our car (which is driving great now), and in the end gave us a more than fair rate given our situation. I can’t speak for other shops in Klamath Falls but if you’re SOL like we were this is a good place to start.

Dave and his wife and crew are absolutely exceptional. I've only been with them for about a year, but in that time we've done electrical work on my husband's truck, replaced fuel lines and glow plugs on his truck, oil changes on several vehicles. My engine spontaneously seized in early August last year and I had my car towed straight to Dave. He was able to diagnose the problem and get me a price quote on a new engine with low mileage and good warranties within 24 hours. When the new engine came in, I had my car back within a week! Just last week, my new engine sprung a new oil leak and I was able to limp it over to the shop, where Dave dropped everything he was doing and got straight on it - he figured out in 20 minutes that the seal on my engine oil cooler was toast (apparently this is a Hyundai Santa Fe thing and was likely the culprit of the engine seizure on the previous engine) and he was able to replace it that very same day!! I absolutely won't take any of my vehicles to anyone else in town anymore, not even for oil changes. Dave and his crew know exactly what they're doing, they're super awesome people to get along with, very social and professional and knowledgeable, they're quick and reliable at what they do, they don't overcharge on anything (in fact on my engine seizure/swap we tipped them an extra $70 simply out of gratitude over their services and prices)... Absolutely superior service. I'm so thankful for Central Auto!!!

I have had work done on multiple vehicles here. They are very professional and prices are great but more importantly the repairs have been phenomenal. I definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of quality work from a good mechanic with reasonable pricing.

Central auto is the best. Each time I have had an issue with my truck they are on it. I have just swang in when my truck is malfunctioning and David looks at it and gets it fixed on the spot. They are awesome and recommend them to anyone that needs mechanical done to their vehicles.

David at central auto is the most affordable and best place in town. They are very knowledgeable, fast and reliable and do amazing work! Very friendly and always show me what's wrong and explains everything before he fixes it. Shows me everything he fixes and explains why. 10out of 10.

I took my family member in to get an ignition interlock device installed while the installation happened the mechanic broke a part inside the truck without even owning up to his mistake or even notifying us. When we noticed, we let them know then they fixed it. Later, we decided to uninstall the ignition interlock device due to installation being incorrect from the beginning. It was locking constantly and having him blow the the entire way which was a 1 hour and 20 minute drive. Just imagine what a pain that was? The mechanic knew it was not installed correctly since he stated so. When we picked up the truck we were driving and noticed the stereo was not working, some wires had been cut off and other wires were just dangling. We called the shop and the mechanic stated to take the truck right back, which we did. When we arrived there, we asked if they were going to fix the cut wires going to the stereo that was not working, and fix the dangling wires. They stated that was another issue that took time to fix. The upper and lower steering column was not assembled back to its original state. The lower middle knee panel under steering wheel dash trim was broken. The mechanic stated that was already like that. The broken pieces where on the mat, they should have at least tossed the pieces and not left the evidence there. They should have notes on file of all the times that we called with issues as well as Lifesaver. If we had know that they were not going to do anything about it, we wouldn't have bothered to go with this shop. I had to at least put 1 star to post this. I am honestly giving 0/5 stars as I believe if you take the responsibility to accept a job then fix it right from the beginning, and own up to your mistakes, as it does not make sense to lose customers due to this. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family, and they just lost a customer as well.

David and his wife are extremely nice and very helpful. Anytime I have an issue with a vehicle they get me in pretty fast. The work is always quality and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend.

David was fantastic. I was driving from out of town, when my car broke down on a Saturday, 20 miles away, and he was so helpful. He was the only one open on Saturday and thank goodness he was. He stayed open longer for me to get it towed to him. He was able to diagnose my problem and even gave me a ride to get a rental car until the part comes in for mine. He and his guys were so nice and truly helped me out. There's very few that would do what he did for me. Thank you David. I recommend them 100%.

Exception service and customer service. Took care of my issue (injector connector) after a long drive from eagle lake. Made to my first camping spot only a few hours late.5 stars
