Been with this Chase branch for over 12 years and I have only good things to say. Pleasant, prompt customer service and very clean business! They've helped us with accounts, cards, questions etc. Our kids are getting accounts here as well. Most definitely recommend.

I applied for a credit card and was denied, sure that pissed me off I'm human. Building your credit take time and doing the right thing. I applied with a 708 FICO score and after they finished it was 689 total -18 points. I'm happy I was denied the card. I have never seen a company affect a persons credit score this bad, don't trust them JPMCB Chase. Not worthily of one star.

We've banked with Chase since 2008. We've had much success and growth since then. And they've always been friendly.

PENNILESS!!My mother has banked here since 1979. Her entire account was frozen and closed due to fraud on December 6th. No call no letter as of December 16th. 7 bounced checks. The local branch said corporate will mail her cashiers checks on our about the December 21st. They won’t issue them at the branch. 7-10 days for mail. How can they leave her penniless for 3-4 weeks?

They closed the branch in Klamath Falls temporarily and left customer unable to make deposits to accounts. Horrible customer service.

This bank is the epitome of what's wrong with our world. You are nothing but a number to them. They structure things to have complete deniability for any issues they cause with your bank account. I do not recommend banking here for conducting any business whatsoever with this company.
