PENNILESS!!My mother has banked here since 1979. Her entire account was frozen and closed due to fraud on December 6th. No call no letter as of December 16th. 7 bounced checks. The local branch said corporate will mail her cashiers checks on our about the December 21st. They won’t issue them at the branch. 7-10 days for mail. How can they leave her penniless for 3-4 weeks?

They closed the branch in Klamath Falls temporarily and left customer unable to make deposits to accounts. Horrible customer service.

This bank is the epitome of what's wrong with our world. You are nothing but a number to them. They structure things to have complete deniability for any issues they cause with your bank account. I do not recommend banking here for conducting any business whatsoever with this company.

The call center combative and argumentative also they like to hang up. Takes longer to speak to a representative then calling ca state unemployment

Maybe if they would answer their telephone, I could actually give them a review. But, since they simply do not answer their phone, ever, I can only give them one star.

This is getting ridiculous! The ATM is always broke and I can't deposit money. 3 times this week it's been broke they need a 2nd one in town or I will just switch banks

This branch has been amazing. Been with Chase for a long long time in different cities, but never had to really get creative before working with them. With covid, and I'm in a highest risk group, I've had to ask for a lot of ways to dance with that. And this branch, they STEPPED UP. Everywhere they could offer some dexterity, they did, and they put time into teaching all those ways, and teaching more options. Each time I was able to use the drive through was so helpful to prevent risks, and we worked out ways to maximize drive through efficiently for us all. I'm so darn grateful for their help and advice, from sending wires, getting documents, and other help. I'm impressed and very grateful for all who helped.
