Absolutely love this vet office! From the care, the staff and the vet is all 10/10 from us! We travel from California to get our pets care from them. Definitely would recommend!

Took my dog for his lumps. They gave me medication to try. Now he went from 78lbs to just over 50. I called and got told a nurse would call me back I called on 9/4/24 with no return call. The medication messed with him so bad he now has seizures after I asked multiple times if it would hurt him and all you guys could tell me is it shouldn’t hurt him. Yes he’s old but before he came here he was way different he just had a lump and was in pain. He had life in him before. This company never called me back to tell me test results if it’s cancer or not. For the money I spent I would think I’d get more compassion, especially since my dog might die now… I bottle fed this dog. I’ve had him for 10 years and now I’m losing my best friend that’s a son to me..

I would not recommend their services, their prices, or their compassion towards pets and their owners. After losing my 3 dogs in a fire, my dad's dog started getting sick out of the blue, and he was a family dog, as we have all been living together or extremely close for the past 15 years, and was my autistic daughters best little buddy. We took him in, was told he had rocks in his intestines and stomach, gave us stool softener and sent him home. The next night he began seizing, we rushed him back in, with blood work it was seen he had extreme sodium levels and needed to be taken to an emergency clinic. By the time we were pulling in, we got a phone call saying his chances were low and it would cost $10-20k so leaving us no choice but to put him down. They neglected the care of our dog, and it is malpractice as they should have done blood work to begin with or an emergency surgery to get his system cleaned out, they did neither and we told have them 90% of the cost of stay and treatment and got 3% back even though he didn't stay but a few hours rather than the 5 days. Keep your loved pets away from this place!

The doctor and the vet techs spent the good amount of time talking with me and answer my questions and was not pushing me to spend more money for unneeded tests

I brought my dog in for simple exam they ended up poisoning him and killing him they are unqualified I'm so sad and Depressed about it I ove old max Soo much he didn't not deserve to die that way. ?

Everybody was really nice. My dog felt very comfortable. The price was pretty good and they Were able to explain everything to me very well, and my next appointment was set relatively quickly
