E3 live has been my main stay for energy and nutrition for over 5 years now,lm 64 years old and ride a bicycle 5 days a week,200 miles every month and 2400 a year,over 25,000 miles last 11 years,one shot in the morning gives me the energy I need and their customer service is the best.
