We took our cat in to try to help him with anxiety issues. We got a prescription but when we needed a refill it, we called and left a message. We waited for a response that never came. The next week I called during business hours but no one got back to us. Looking for a new vet now.

We took my dog into get fixed, the exam ended up being more expensive than originally quoted. They used skin glue instead of stitches, saying it was better and to keep him from running and leave the cone on for two days. We left it on for four and on the fifth day took the cone off and the wound busted wide open. We took him in the next morning and they charged me thirty bucks for basic antibiotic cream and to say it's fine, leave the cone on for another two weeks. He has a hole in his dick. I'm angry they charged me so much money for nothing when their work was subpar in the first place.

We called to check pricing for spaying our dog and were quoted a price of $86.50 for everything, Plus an optional for a $70ish exam. When we took her into the appointment we were only then told that the $86.50 only covered the surgery, we had to pay for anesthesia and take home pain meds for an additional $50+ That staff was very friendly and apologetic for the confusion but did not offer in anyway to honor their previously quoted price. I will be looking for a different vet office in the future.
