Was told by Easy Clean on Shasta Way that they don't wash Jeep Wranglers. I ask why, and he said that's the way it is. My Jeep was just dirty, and no mud caked on it. He recommended that I go somewhere else like down the street, and so I did and ended up here. The lady was always smiling and helpful and had no problems with getting my Jeep washed.

They thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out with the Executive Wash and did a fantastic job. In addition one of the employees asked me if I wanted her to secure my car seat. Apparently this Grandma didn’t have it properly fastened 🤦🏻♀️. I really appreciate their service and help also with the car seat.

Exterior wash is good except that they don't have good dryer so you need to bring the cleaning cloth to clean yourself afterwards. No vaccum was a big disappointment.

Fantastic job and great customer service! I took my van in after a cross country drive with two kids and a cat in the car. It’s like I have a brand new vehicle, I highly recommend!

Best car wash in town. You have to be mindful of the line, but they do a fantastic job power washing your car before it goes into the car wash. I don't know of any of the car wash who does that.

Amazing interior/exterior details for the price! Less than $50 for the highest grade exterior wash and products, and they do a very thorough job vacuuming the inside, clean the the windows, all surfaces, shine your wheels and tires, and include a scent if you like. Great, respectful employees that are friendly to talk to and remember you each time you come in. And on another note, best reward program/discounts for fuel that I’ve found in the basin. So glad we have this place in Klamath!

Being that this is the only place in town to do a drive thru and quick "detail".. I go here a lot. Sometimes it's fast but be prepared for a wait 1-2 hours sometimes, yawn.Dont think your going to beat time and show up at 5:50 for a detail even if they are advertising as accepting details until 6. They are not. They quit at 6 which means show up by 5 not 6..Bummer.

I paid $49.99 and I knew it would be a long wait, but I waited from 11:45am until 12:54 pm and my car was still in the bay untouched. Unfortunately my car dried spotted because it never got dried and I finally had to get a refund and leave. I have been working for an hour trying to remove the spots from the paint!! You need to hire more help if you’re going to take so many customers at once. How can a job get completed if the kids have to keep coming away from the cars in the bay to dry the never ending cars coming out of the carwash…??♀️
