18 months review. Wireless customer. I track my internet service speeds. Don't expect any positive consistency from FBI. Service speeds fluctuate from +-10% to +-75% with a +-30% average ( when it's working) of what you pay for. Outages are frequent throughout the month and expected weekly usually costing me 1.5-2 hrs loss.

Make sure you do a speed test because they have been charging us the highest rate for the lowest speed. Paying $79.95 for 10mbps Which should be $35.00. When I complained about it they make excuses and talk computer language so you don't understand. Immediately after complaining my speed went down to 1.36. Unprofessional and childish behavior. I have put up with their bad service for a year now after paying over $300 for equipment which I now have to return? I'm just so happy to be rid of them! I'm a senior and have never experienced trouble with an ISP until now. They make their own rules and don't communicate with you. Buyer beware

FireServe has been my internet company for many years. They provide immediate and reliable service and while there are other companies out there I will stick with FireServe because they are always there for me.

Although I still don't agree with some of the things that happened I would like to thank Lee for calling me about this. That says a lot.I had fireserve come and hook me up with internet services. The man who came out and installed it was very nice and helpful. I was originally going to get a fireserve router from them. It turns out I have one. Not sure for how long I've had it. Its old. He asked what the login was for it. I had no idea. He said we can factory reset it and save me $65. Perfect. After he left I noticed I didn't have the network name or a place to enter my password. While he was here I told him that I am very unfamiliar with computers, web, etc. I shy away from all of it because I'm not good at it and I get frustrated.I ended up calling twice and was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have their router. I explained the situation. Had I known they would be no help at all if I didn't use their router I would have not used my own, as I am not well versed at this. They left me with an OPEN, UNSECURE internet connection.Thankfully, I have an amazing neighbor whom was willing to take the 10 minutes it took to help me.You REALLY let me down customerFIRESERVice.

As the owner of the Wild Goose Lodge in Merrill, I have had nothing but positive experiences while working with Fireserve. Our guests expect the network to be easy and responsive, and Fireserve has provided that, as well as the customization that we need. Great small business to work with!

Been with Fireserve over 3 years now. I am connected via WISP up near Agency lake. Good solid connection with low latency. They respond quickly and the reply is from somebody that understands the technical end and can deal with technical questions. They are holding up well to the heavy demand that Covid-19 has introduced with so many people working from home or just stuck at home and using the Internet.

Did a short term contract with this company. Despite Covid restrictions, fires, etc.... they were amazing! I hit a couple of gliches in my time with them, (none related to anything they did), yet they were prompt in responding and getting me the help I needed. I have a long relationship with internet providers, generally not positive or just tolerable at best....I will truly miss these guys!!! Thank you Lee, and the rest of the Fireserve team!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Fireserve! We live in the country and the worst part has always been the 1.5 mbps that we had to deal with from Centurylink. Now I feel we get the best of both worlds! The two technicians were very nice and professional. The customer service rep actually spoke English as her first language so there was clear and easy communication. The Company is also local so you might know one of the employees so that is a bonus as well. We pay about $20 more a month for 20X more speed so I thought it was well worth it. Ditch the multinational Centurylink for the local and reliable Fireserve you wont regret it!

We've been with FireServe only a short time after another ISP closed. We lost our access last Friday. I called FireServe Friday evening and they came out Saturday and replaced the network cable from the antenna which had become filled with water over time and finally shorted out. I appreciate their fast response and the quality job they did getting us back up and online even on the weekend!! Thanks Lee!!

More reliable service then the other guy for less money. Just internet, won't make you buy a home phone or pay for a bunch or stuff you dont need. It's not available everywhere , but most areas. It's worth looking into If your tired of spec or do not have service .
