I always shop here it's a tight knit community. They have; tech, clothes, bedding, construction, all the food I like, especially Lao Ganma my favorite chilli flake sauce.

Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Klamath Falls is absolutely terrible. Always understaffed, extremely slow, prescriptions not ready even after receiving a text message to pickup medications, and one time it took approximately an hour and a half to go through the process and receive a flu shot, Covid booster shot and tetanus shot. I would not recommend Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Klamath Falls to anyone.

Out of all the grocery stores in Klamath Falls, I think Fred Meyer has the largest selection. They even have sushi! Heck, they even have a jewelry store inside. What grocery store comes attached with a jewelry store?!

Entering the state of Oregon means no sales tax for us Californians. We'd plan to be in Oregon for a week's stay so we wanted to load up on groceries. First thing first - refuel our gas tank. I used my sister's Fred Myer loyalty membership # to get a discount on gas. I think we saved three cents a gallon. The second time we didn't provide the number as it wasn't a big savings. In Oregon they have gas attendants to pump your gas. Years ago hubby got out of the car to pump gas and the attendant knew right away we were from California where we pump our own gas. Fred Myer is a like a Target, but on a larger scale. They sell clothes, garden supplies, household goods, food, bakery, deli etc. Their store layout is kind of weird. It's one floor. It looks more like an office building than a store at first glance. We saved $18 in groceries using my sister's Fred Myer loyalty membership #. The best edible was the Angel food cake found in the bakery department. I wished our local supermarket could replicate it.

The employees at checkout are super nice. However, can you guys not afford more carts? Or for another cart return employee? I am visiting from out of town, and have gone in multiple times. Every single time I had to go fetch my own cart out in the rain along with multiple other shoppers.

It doesn't pay to shop Black Friday prices at Fred Meyer anyway. The return policy, even for Xmas gifts, is 30 days, giving you 1day after to return. Shouldn't it be 30 days after Xmas for returns during the holiday?

I was just in your store this evening, January 10th 2023, and everybody's customer service is absolutely piss poor! Nobody knows where anything is at, nobody asks you if you need help finding anything, no one takes you to the item, they just point and say it's somewhere over there. I was looking for Valentine's candy and a plastic table cover. One boy in your grocery aisle looked at his phone and said that the products are inactive therefore they won't be out for another couple of weeks. I asked the same boy where plastic table covers are, and he pointed, that it is just over there. I asked where over there was. He said just passed the couches. That is in fact not the case! You don't actually have any, and it's way past the couches! Your self checkout people pointed and said over by the toys. I don't know where that is! You've done a reset! Absolutely no hand baskets with handles anywhere to be found. Everyone drags their feet and move with zero purpose! What the hell happened to this store?

Boycott Fred Meyers. Trying to poison homeless people with chemicals. I don't live anywhere near Klamath Falls and it made the news. There needs to be lawsuits and charges brought against them. They didn't just dump chemicals around his tent. They dumped them in his boots.

Will not shop here! This is their management?!?!? They completely destroyed a homeless man's tent and everything he owned!!!! It wasn't even Fred meyers property. I hope osha gets involved and fines the s*** out of them!!! Oh, they will just pass it on to its customers!! Not me!!!!!!!!
