Fred Myer is way cleaner and way nicer than Walmart. Check out is always fast. The reason for my poor review is that the way this store is setup you can never find anything in this store. You literally shop twice as long just to find the two items you need. Every time I am in this store I hear multiple shoppers complaining about it. There is no organization with normal food items. They will have all of similar products together except for the one your are looking for it will be on an end cap across the store or in the center of an isle somewhere. It looks like a 4th grader cleaned his room and threw everything in the closet randomly. There will be one brand of butter on an end cap across the store from the rest of the butter. It is the most frustrating thing as a customer, and then you ask the employees and they don’t even know. Fred myer is clean and a great store but the organization of the store needs some work.

Don't bother making a delivery order!!!! The first time, my order didn't not get delivered. That was back in January. After 6 months I attempted to try again. Not 30 minutes after I submitted the order, they cancelled it. I called Customer Service. They said the driver was trying to contact me and because I didn't answer they cancelled the order. I assure you, there's no way they could have gathered the order, drove here, and called me within 30 min. I kept an eye on the order the whole time. They also didn't call. Liars!! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to have it credited back to my account. Never Again.

Found what I needed. The new upgraded shopping carts are the best. No awful wheels. The new antibacterial belts at the registers where there are no wet spots from condensation from containers are wonderful. The rewards loyalty program is the best when you use the app and utilize the coupons. We save so much on produce and organic line, and the things we purchase the most. Produce is always fresh. Meat department and fresh fish counter you can get great deals. The fish department has fresh salmon burgers with different flavorings, the one my family enjoys is the sundried tomato & mozzarella. They are usually $5 for 2 patties. Their organic line tastes comparable to name brand organic brands. Customer service has always been superb. Their Dip brand of clothing and house linens hold up very well and are well made. We have clothes from about a decade now that are still going strong. Also linens and towels. The fuel points from shopping with your loyalty card is important especially with the price of fuel these days. Usually on Fridays is 4x fuel points. I believe $1=1 reward point and I forget how many rewards points translate to how many fuel points. At the beginning of each month it resets to 0 for fuel points. If you have 1000 fuel points it equals to $1 off or you can take increments of .10 cents off. every time you get your fuel. Here in Oregon you have the option of full serve or self serve. So Fred Meyer has so many options to help your budget be met with quality and quantity. That is what I love about Fred Meyer and why I will always shop Fred Meyer.

Kevin is the assistant gas manager and he is the absolute worst manager there is. The customer service provided by him was terrible, my papa and I kept getting an error message and we went up there to ask for help and he instantly was rude and started to yell at us when we said the screen wasn’t showing the amount for the gas. He had an attitude and he was very unprofessional when all we needed was help at the pump because our card kept charging only 4 cents. He should not be a manager. Very sad these young boys today and how they treat the elderly. So disgusting!

Went for a specific set of items one of which was nitrile gloves, I was sad to find they only carry them in either 'one size fits most' or 'large' both of which are unfortunately to big for my hands.. Also, they offer check cash services... However they do not cash company payroll check that are from Express Employment... Thats frustrating to me..
