The slob nerd on shift at 3:50pm was bad mouthing an elderly woman while I was in there buying my daughter whatever she wanted. So instead, we went elsewhere and am leaving the stinky dude a review. I haven't even met Canadians who wrre that rude gossiping with customers in the store waiting. Never came over to help us. Zero stars bro.

No one ever answers the phone, they never have any of the deals in store so I always have to order online. The rewards program is garbage and they don’t even consistently send you magazines. This store is terrible about having anything in stock and they let people buy bulk on new items so if you try to buy something new a day after coming out it’s already sold out.

I like the employees at our local games top they actually like to know about you and they actually try to find games that fit your specific wants as well as product like funko pops they can help with as well their consoles are pretty well protected as well meaning the warranty isn't garbage like a store would be. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.
