This place is a joke. Got my haircut yesterday got a trim and face framing,whenever I got home i blow dried my hair and straighten it and this is what my “face framing” looked like on one side.The back was also alittle uneven.Called today and they told me it would be $8 to have them fix it which is hilarious never have I had someone mess my hair up and wanna charge me to fix. Don’t go here,and if you don’t believe me read all the other bad reviews about them messing peoples hair up.

I hate to write bad reviews. I booked a appt on Thursday may 23rd at 2pm the app said 38 min. I figure I could be late a few min back to work on lunch break. I get down there and checked in by 230 and it changed to 40 min. Bs u ask me. So I wait. 315 comes around still no hair cut app tell s me 38 min at 2pm not at 315 it says 20 min still. Seems like bad business. If the app is that far wrong u shouldn't use it. No way around it no hair cut can make better losing your whole lunch and being a hour late back to work. Bad review has to happen is completely unacceptable. This usnt the first time it's the 20th before I'd write something negative. Sorry expect a hour min wait when u sign in online maybe 2 hours.

Have a sign in then window saying low staff but I walked in after signing in on the app. Said 60mins so I showed up 10 min before that and somehow I went from 4th on the list with an hour wait to 5th with an 80 min wait and the 2 girls in there were just chatting away for at least 2 or 3 minutes before they even looked over at me. Place sucks

There’s no men cutting hair here and every time I get my haircut it isn’t blended, finished or even. I’m not coning back anymore. I’ll just buzzcut myself since apparently I can’t rely on Greatclips. $19 is a rip off.

This place needs a receptionist!!! The stylist has to stop every time a person comes in or calls!! There is always a 2-3 hour wait! It's under staffed.

Good haircut. 10 minutes using the app.
Update. I think they only have one employee that shows up. Can't use the app anymore because they shut off the online check-in. Says 120 minutes on the app and walk-in only. You get there and find out it is even way longer than that. I have been trying for 3 days. Decided to show up at 10am and 9 people were in line.

Walked in a day or two ago, had to set an appointment 2 hours out, wait was 3 hours. They were extremely busy. And I was looking like a sheepdog. Got a "gentleman's cut." Looks good. Enjoyed the conversation. After discounts, I was surprised to see it was only $12.
