There’s no men cutting hair here and every time I get my haircut it isn’t blended, finished or even. I’m not coning back anymore. I’ll just buzzcut myself since apparently I can’t rely on Greatclips. $19 is a rip off.

Mysty was awesome and did a great job with my haircut. It was a very pleasurable experience, except for the 127 min wait time but with the online checkin it was not so bad. Once I got to the location and checked in I only had a 5 min wait before my turn. This location could really use a receptionist to do the check ins and take payments instead of every haircut being prolonged by at least 2 incoming customers or phone calls resulting in a haircut taking 5-12 minutes longer per haircut. Sonething to think about for the Great clips higher ups and adding more cash to the bottom line with more customers in the seat everyday$$$

Love this place. Consistent rates and I never have had to worry about my haircut being messed up. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the amount of employees during shift during the busier times of the day.

Been a Great Clips customer for most of my life NEVER had as horrible of an experience as at this location. I'd leave negative stars if that was an option. First was an hour wait for online check in which is fine but after receiving the 15 min text went to the store and was told it would be and additional 15. Then even though the lobby was full and the wait was already past the 90 min mark several of the stylist decided now was a good time to take a break. The time on the list immediately jumped to 180 minutes because only 1 stylist was actually cutting hair and had to stop several times to great and check in customers. After watching several others decide they had enough and walk out I decided to do the same thing. Not only was the wait long but what little staff was around between taking breaks were very rude and unprofessional. I will be finding a different salon in KFalls from now on.Service: Haircut

The haircuts I get from Great Clips are always terrific and this time was no different. The reason for the 3 star rating is that recently Great Clips closed it's 2nd store in Klamath Falls so now the wait times for walk in customers are often 90 minutes or more. I was in last week and the wait time for walk in customers was over 2 hours. People who can't/don't use the 'check in' option from their phone will find other places to get their hair cut.

Good job. Prices for seniors. I got ripped again. Stupid online check in online is rediculous w walk ins the wait is 60 min or more. Why close the other store. I've been going to great clips since 2002.

Their internet went out making card sales impossible for about 20 min but the employees in there handled it wonderfully, they remained calm, smiling and helpful. Their register was back up and running quickly. They also did a wonderful job on my son's hair! ?

Down sized locations due to staffing shortages, longer waits at the only location now. Customers who weren't able to check in online, including myself, had a long wait. So if you're going to go get there as early as you can, the wait will vary on the the # of techs available.

Usually this was my place to go to but after they had hired new staff a woman had absolutely ruined my hair, she didn’t go for what I and other clients wanted more on what just she thought would look good.

3 of us got our hairs cut at same time on busy day. Everyone was friendly and took their time to get it right on each of us.

Horrible salon and system. Twice now I've checked in online the app says it will be an hr so after and hr I head to the salon only to be told no its another hr or longer wait. Even though the app said we had 25 mins wait. What a joke what was the point of checking in online. And the stylist was just out right rude refused to make eye contact or even acknowledge we had checked in online an hr prior. We waited in the salon for about 20 mins because the only advice she'd offer is to wait in the salon it'll go quicker and do my surprise our time updated again to say we had a 120 min wait after that we just left. Walmart salon had us in 10 mins and my sons hair looks great. Will never be trying great clips again.

Went to get a hair cut. She was not very friendly and did not act interested in cutting my hair at all. She yanked on my hair with the comb instead of taking the time to comb it. I asked for 3-4 inches off and she took maybe 1/4 inch and said my hair was too damaged and uneven. (This is why I was getting a cut, obviously). All comments were negative. She was done in 5-10 minutes. When she said she was done I paid the base fee and left. I will not be returning.

If more companies had regional managers like Silver at Great Clips the whole world would probably be a better place. After an incident at the location we visited was brought to his attention he wasted no time addressing the issue and even took the extra effort to reach back out to me for a personal apology on behalf of Great Clips and an incentive to visit the other location on a different day. I appreciate his customer service, prompt response and kind attitude. Regardless of this unfortunate visit I will continue to be a loyal customer because of him. Thank you Silver!

Very few people are experienced enough to deal with kalek, most whimper like kids and give only half a hair cut.
