Went in to get my hair buzzed off because of radiation from cancer has a lot of it coming out and they didn't charge me for that was so awesome thanks super cuts your awesome for doing that for cancer patients

Beyond annoyed. We waited an hour and half. I asked for a fade on both my boys hair. The guy said no were gonna do this. I said no I want a fade done on them it's my kids. Dude completely ignored me and did whatever he wanted. When I requested that he fixed it he refused. Both my kids hair is so messed up and un even. I'm pretty sure dude was just in a hurry to get to his lunch break. Now I have 2 boys with hair looking worse than what they went in with and im out money. Never again will we go back. If you want your hair cut the way you want and for your stylist to listen to you. Go some where else cuz this place ain't it!

I left with an actual bowl cut. My hair has never looked so bad and I’ve gotten haircuts from my dad lol. 2 stars bc there’s still hair on my head so I can just get something else ?.

I walked into a sh— show. Most of the hairdressers looked like they had JUST rolled out of bed
( literally wearing pajamas), they talked loudly about each other, one waited on a customer at the register smacking on a sucker, the music was way too loud and obnoxious to all but them, one guy walked out, (they were NOT busy at all. Hmmmm. I wonder why), there was only one decent hairstyle on any of them (the sucker smacker) and after all this, my mom cried walking out because she looked like she stepped out of the year 1963 with her head half shaved.

Really got upset with Great Clips this morning. Wanted to get my hair cut. Looked on the internet and it said two hour wait so I thought I would call the Great Clips Store. The lady who answered the phone said don't believe the internet and come by and we will get you right in. Drove to the business right away. When I got there the person at the front desk said " did you check in online" I said no and told her what your employee said to me on the phone. She said OK----it will 15 to 20 minutes and we will get you right in. There was only one customer waiting when I got there. I sat there for 45 minutes as people kept coming in and then asked one of your employees ----when I,m going to get my hair cut. She looked on the computer and said " you have eight people in front of you. I went back to my chair and waited again as four more people came through the door. Another 20 minutes later I asked again where I'm I at. She said number Seven. That It----I'm done and left. Your procedure sucks. If you don't use a computer ---you're screwed. Drove down the street to another shop and they squeezed me in 5 minutes. You treat customers who walk in the door like crap. A lot of people don't have computer. Your lost. Sure not going to waste my time at store----goodbye Great Clips. PS Got a much better hair cut and same price !!!!!
