I went to this place my first time feeling optimistic about possibly connecting with a hairdresser and becoming a repeat customer. I left this place wanting to cry. I've never felt so awkward and unwelcome during and after a haircut, period.

Tamara rocks, did a great job of cutting my hair. However, to get an appointment, you have to text her and often, it takes at least three texts to get her to answer. Last time after three texts and no reply, I gave up and found a new salon.

Mandy was great, she did exactly as I asked and I went in looking like I was in my 80s and came out looking 30 years younger, she cut styled washed & colored my hair, looks & feels healthy again, she is a blessing.. she will be my hair dresser from now on. Very kind..Services: Hairstyling

Customer service here leaves much to be desired! Do not wear anything decent to your appointment if you are having a color service because your clothes will be ruined. Also don't expect appointments to be kept on time or even to be treated with any kind of courtesy or respect. I would not even have awarded one star but you cannot leave a review unless you choose at least one. A good salon experience entails more than just a decent haircut - spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!

It was horrible Roxanne I know my hair told her what to do a perm went in neck length hair out 1 Inc in back hair,, razor my neck no little bite I did not want her to do that,,,,I feel so ugly,,,neaver in my life so ugly in life bad,,,cut I told her what to do,,I cut my hair allwsys it looks like a mullet,,I cut it that rude sweater wet at wrist dragging it all over my face there's more. Wet all down my back pockets wet,,,do what the customers wants,,,not what you want,,yes I had license so I know. Horrible neaver been so upset crying all the way home

I have very fine hair, long hair and wanted it shoulder length. Abhi was my styles very sweet girl she listend to me and said what I wanted could be done! She did a great job, love it?. The shop was well organized, very clean and all stylist seamed very knowledgeable and helpful.?????in my book.
