We found this place after a few shops unfortunately we are by at 930 on Saturday and no one was the met another person there that wanted a cut I spoke with the store customer service they said she's in whenever she decides try 10am we came back at 1010 still no one it's no surprise the price is where it's at if you only work 5hr a day you still have to make enough to pay the bills

Called a few times after 9am on a Saturday and no one is picking up the phone. A little hard to make an appointment when no one is seemingly there working. The owner needs to shake things up because they are losing business to other places since it seems their employees are not there or not working.

Y'all know my reviews and know im about customer service. The woman who answered was rude and clearly let me know my appointment would inconvenience her Dr. Appt. and to make sure all I need is a haircut after I had informed her all I needed was a haircut. Ill pass and take my money somewhere else. Too many businesses in Klamath who need the business. Do better HairMasters #girlbye

This place is a complete joke now. My son had an appt, showed up on time, and never got acknowledged or checked in for over 20 minutes. They finally just had to leave. It doesnt matter if you are with a client, you should at least acknowledge the people that walk through the door. We will never be back.

My son got his hair cut at hair masters. As evening came around he broke out into horrible sores on his scalp. Im thinking either from dull razors or bacteria. Im so upset because he's in so much pain. He is waiting to see his doctor about this. Has anyone had this happen to them, or have a idea of what this is? Its devastating ?
