I've had my unit before storewell took over. For a medium sized (which is smaller than a small garage, just big enough for a couple of pieces of furniture and boxes) I was paying 65 a month with the previous owner. Storewell bought them out and bumped the price up to 80 dollars and is now trying to charge an extra 12 for coverage, with no notification in the mail or email (they say they sent it a week in advance, there's nothing in my inbox) which has never been the case in the 5 to 6 years that I've had my unit, taking my total to 92. They are outrageous and are constantly doing things with out notifying anyone. I didn't even know they bought my storage place out until a month and a half to 2 months after the fact and I had to call around to find out! Not happy, and as soon as I can move to a different storage facility I will!

The previous owners fixed our storage for us when the sheet rock came down and blocked us from getting into unit right away and took key and brought it back to us.

Haven't check the unit yet but was met with friendly, great customer service. Rinah was informative and very quick with signing me up as it only took about 10 minutes or less I'd say. I appreciate her and her help and look forward to renting the unit from them.
