I went in for an oil change and noticed that they have pulled the prices from the wall. Was told it would be $179.99 when previously it had been $99.99. Asked why it was so high and I was told, “the owner sets the price and uh I guess that’s the price he picked.” Jiffy Lube online says it should be $134.99, which also is a significant increase. Also the worker held the door closed instead of letting me leave when I said no thank you and tried to leave. Inappropriate in any situation.

The information on the GPS shows that they do tire alignment for the car. I called and they said they didn't do that. It means that the information in your post is wrong.

Where to begin with this place...for starters please do not ever bring your vehicle here for any sort of service. If I could give no stars I would. I took a chance and brought my wife's car (2016 Rav4) here a few months back for a quick oil change. This place up sells and up charges everything imaginable. A simple oil change was upwards of $200. I figured that's fairly standard given the state of the economy these days. Strike One. Took a chance and brought my truck (2014 F-250) in for a service. Strike Two. Once again, upcharges were out the ass and ended up costing me just shy of $500. I opted to wait in the lobby while they did the work. I witnessed these pre-pubescent boys revving the throttle and giggling like school girls. The cherry on top was the fact my truck was returned with a broken grille, which was not there previously. Also, don't bother bringing in any sort of coupon as they no longer accept corporate released ones since they're a privately owned franchise. Absolute joke of a business. Will not be returning.

I told my son to have the oil changed in my 2014 GMC sierra. He took it to Jiffy Lube and asked for a service and at that point was asked if he wanted a transmission flush, and differential oil change. He told them that he just wanted the oil changed. All said and done a simple lube oil and filter ended up costing $289. I called them when I found out what they charged and the guy that was in charge said he could give me a 15% coupon my next visit. I would not even consider going back if he offered to do the next one for free.

Very good place to change oil in the vehicle. They also advise you what to do with the car if there is a fault. Very good, I recommend it.

We went there to get my oil changed, $50 just for 10 minutes of labor the total came out to $154. I can get my oil changed at Walmart for $60. The whole time we were there it felt passive aggressive so customer service wasn't good either. Waste of money to go there.Service: Oil change

Terrible. 10/10 Would NOT recommend.Staff is rude, doesn't tell you anything about your car, and doesn't listen very well either.The prices on their website mean nothing.The website shows four different options, they offered us one option: the most expensive one.I asked about the oil that was used with that option; is it for high mileage, synthetic? He said 5/30 weight. That's it. I asked if he had any more information and he just repeated 5/30. I should have left, but we have slim options in this town for getting your car serviced.They don't fill your radiator fluid, something that has always been apart of getting an oil change, in my experience. They didn't even tell us it was low actually. I overheard them discussing it, I also overheard something about an oil leak, neither of which were we told about in the brief words that were exchanged. It wasn't on the receipt we almost didn't get either.So if you want to be ignored when you ask a question, charged extra for less service, and not getting any information about the status of your car, this is the place!If you want a good experience, decent pricing, and to be treated with respect, definitely go somewhere else.Do better.
