I have been going here for a couple of years and it seems every time I needed help they let me down and the doctor never really spent time discussing my dogs needs in all this time. Most recently my dog was very sick and I called just before closing only to be told to go elsewhere due to them being too busy. They would not even offer suggestions as to what to do. The one good thing is that their prices seem fair.I have decided to move on to another vet that is not too busy to help.

We have used the Klamath animal clinic for years. We live in Medford now but still take our dogs to them. The Vets and the staff are simply the best. They are kind and gentle. We feel they provide the best care for our doggies. They care about their animal patients and it shows.

Nice and friendly staff, they seem genuinely compassionate towards everyone's pets and them to want the best treatment options regardless of the financial differences.

Great pet care; scam billing. I researched options and came to Klamath Animal Clinic because they said they offered a rabies shot without paying for a doctor exam. I CONFIRMED this at check-in for my appointment. I confirmed AGAIN with the attendant who led me back to the exam room. The vet herself does come to give the shot, asks me the dog's age and if she's healthy. 60 seconds tops. Lo and behold I am charged for a vet visit plus the shot. I took my beloved cat to klamath animal clinic as he was not acting like himself. Well, they misdiagnosed him and when I got him to another vet and found out that he had gotten poisoned which Klamath Animal never mentioned that, he died. Would,not take anything to them again. I am so upset and told them after he died. Nothing was said to me about him dying. I,miss him so much. Sharon Green
